The first three lots (and lots 12 + 14) of the Originals Auction are currently showing the French description (under a Dutch title and with Dutch shipping costs and Dutch catalog link). And it also happens with Tintin lots 5 and 8.

P.S. That Franquin is already going well. It is a pity that you cannot see whether the French are also bidding. It would be nice if there were a flag behind the anonymous bidder names.

Boekenveiling kavel 19: deze 1e druk van het boek "de padvinders van duinwijk" is aan een verkeerde 4e druk uit 1927 gekoppeld. Grappig, want de meeste aanbieders doen het omgekeerde. :-). De 1e druk staat nog niet in de catalogus.

Book auction lot 19 : this 1st edition of the book "de pathfinders van duinwijk" is linked to a wrong 4th edition from 1927. Funny, because most providers do the opposite. :-). The 1st edition is not yet in the catalogue.

For lot 19, Frits Wardland is also linked to a wrong color variant.

Edit: he has now been linked again to the correct color variant (blue), but the 4th edition instead of the first.
(And Jaepie-Jaepie 4th edition is linked to a 6th edition, Okke Tannema 2nd edition linked to a 4th edition, oh who cares about it)

The characterization "traces of use" seems like an understatement for lot 47 , since the cover has been reinforced with tape \ restored.

En wordt daardoor misschien ook te wenig geboden

ik kijk zelde of niet bij de Veiling van Munten en Postzegel`s verzamel die niet en koop die ook niet .

Als iemand alleen strips Verzamelt kijkt hij misschien ook niet bij Boeken en zo ziet hij de Tom Poes ook niet!

of zie ik dat verkeert?

Various series / heroes have books, comics, puzzles, condoms, sugar sachets, beer mats, etc ... on the market, Baron. Where something belongs in the catalog is evident from the shape of the object, never from the series / hero. Where something belongs in the auction is a matter of auction.

The size of lot 47 also seems considerably smaller than the copy in the catalog.

You were right about lot 37, saw that you have already corrected it yourself. Lot 47, now updated. Do not wash tape but an artificial leather cover on which the original covers are glued. I asked the provider of lot 19 to add the 1st edition to the catalog.

Nicely told but Lot 4, 103 and 105 are in the Catalog under Comics and not under Books and they are auctioned there anyway. The 2 Tom Poes Lots are in my opinion personal opinion no Condoms but an Oblong Strip`s they do not even have a HC so there is literally no question of a Book here

I would only accept Baron, lots 21 and 99 are also comics (I still think Dick Bos is a comic, as long as they also include the Tom Poes editions in the comics). I also notice that the Book Auction is used as a receptacle for items that do not fall under the comic, stamp / coin or special auction.

To my knowledge, records are not yet books (see previous auction) and a photo (lot 53) isn't a book, is it? Same money for card games (lot 73) Furthermore, I think a print by Paulus the Boskabouter belongs more to the comics, since he is still a cartoon character and not a book character! Or is it counterwords a Book and Print Auction?

@puurveen, that Jan Jans box and Dick Bosjes in the book auction was a mistake by the auctioneer. I believe because they were offered by a regular book supplier.
