In conjunction with bulk transportation, the company also provided intermodal transportation services, tank cleaning services, intermediate bulk and ISO container cleaning services, logistics management services and dedicated contract carriage services to the chemical industry. In addition to specialized trucking, the company also provided trailer, container and intermediate bulk container leasing on a short- or long-term basis to customers in the food and chemical industries. In March 2001, the Company filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Six months later, all of the company assets were sold to Superior Bulk Logistics Inc and Quality Distribution Inc. – closing the doors forever on this once giant trucking company.
