The FA Victor was launched early in 1957 and displaced the by then ageing E-type Wyvern, although it was a smaller and lighter car. The styling was much influenced by the cars of Vauxhall’s American parent General Motors and rather divided opinion. At £729 it was £75 cheaper than the Wyvern and it sold well with nearly 391.000 finding homes during its 5 year production run. Limited edition of 3.010 (with certificate)
