Tribute for adding weight and thickness. I also like to see the edge appear. The latter does not necessarily have to be at the top of mine :)

Gewicht is altijd in gram, dikte altijd in mm.
The order of the fields has now been changed.
For weight and thickness please only enter a number, broken with a comma. Weight is always in grams, thickness is always in mm.
We are currently working on splitting Series into three fields: Series, Head of Government and Theme. We are currently investigating whether and how this can best be done without loss of data.
- Series will only name the series after that split (for example: coincards, Indian head cents, annual sets)
- Head of government is intended for the head of government who was in office at the time of the coin production (so not shown: so if a coin was issued with Willem Alexander during the Beatrix reign period, Beatrix will be entered here and not Willem Alexander.
- Theme will summarize the image (example: Squirrels, Monograms, Olympics, Soccer World Cup, etc.)
Furthermore, "Dimensions / diameter" has been renamed to "Diameter"
Bijvoorbeeld: Gewicht (g) of Gewicht (gram). Dit lijkt mij overzichtelijker.
Good idea to split the themes. I hope this can bring some order out of the mess.
I assume that 'Theme' can include a head of government?
Which convention is adhered to regarding the introduction of heads of state? eg in the case of Beatrix: Beatrix, Queen Beatrix, Queen Beatrix (1982 to date), Queen Beatrix of Orange (1982 to date) ... etc? Title, first name, last name, term of government?
What to do with years in which there have been several heads of state? eg in the Netherlands in 1982? Or (as I am importing a currency now) Soviet Union 1985?
I therefore argue for the unity to be mentioned behind the title of the field. For example: Weight (g) or Weight (grams). This seems clearer to me.

Meanwhile, the Series , Themes and Heads of government split into their own fields.
I assume that 'Theme' can include a head of government?
A head of government can of course also be a theme, just like any other person, but I think it makes sense to use this sparingly. If, for example, old kings are shown on a recent coin of Belgium, I would expect them to be a theme, but to use the current king as a theme for every recent coin of Belgium does not seem useful to me.
Which convention is adhered to regarding the establishment of heads of state?
Country name (term of government)
So:
- Elizabeth II of England (1953-present)
-
Philip II of Gederland (1555-1581)
Since the beginning of this column I have made an exception for the Dutch kings / queens; in other languages it says neatly "of the Netherlands", but in Dutch it does not.
What to do with years in which there have been several heads of state? eg in the Netherlands in 1982?
The coin can usually be attributed to one head of government. In 1982 this was Beatrix. In 1980 (you mean) the 1 and 2.5 guilder coins on which both Juliana and Beatrix are depicted are also attributed to Beatrix.
It may be that there were strictly two heads of government; that possibility exists; you can select multiple heads of government. Use this sparingly.

Sede Vacante at Vatican is not a series but is noted as Head of Government.
After all, it concerns the "empty seat" of the head of government of the Vatican.
I think it is better to fill in the name of the Camerlengo at Head of Government instead of Sede Vacante. Finally, his coat of arms is also depicted on the second vacant coins.
You can see him as a regent of the period between the death and the appointment of a new pope, not as head of the Roman Catholic Church but as regent of Vatican City. Now it is usually a very short period, but there have also been longer periods of sede vacante in history.
