Het lijkt mij wenselijk dat er een duidelijke visuele waarschuwing komt wanneer je een item wilt wijzigen dat op dat moment bij een beheerder in behandeling is.

Als een item ‘in behandeling’ is dan is er dus iets mee.
Ik heb nu bv een gevalletje waar ik twijfel aan de juistheid van de data. Terwijl ik met de invoerder overleg is al twee keer het jaartal aangepast en hebben mensen hem in hun collectie en shop opgenomen. Mogelijk allemaal ten onrechte. Iedereen (m/v) moet dat natuurlijk zelf weten maar een kleine waarschuwing dat het betreffende item een ballotage probleempje heeft kan dan geen kwaad.

Om het opnemen in een shop of collectie tijdens de behandeling te voorkomen is het zaak om de behandeltijd zo kort mogelijk te houden.
Er is niets aan de hand als een gebruiker een item wijzigt wat in behandeling is. Als de verandering goed is keur je hem goed en zo niet dan pas je de verandering weer aan.
Mocht het item een doublure blijken te zijn en neemt iemand deze toch op in zijn collectie dan heb jij als beheerder alleen maar de mogelijkheid om het item goed te keuren en zal een superbeheerder het moeten ontdubbelen.
Degene die het item in zijn collectie of shop heeft opgenomen wordt dan automatisch gekoppeld aan het juiste item

Precies, gewoon afkeuren kan dan dus niet meer en toch zou je dat soms wel willen. Neem 1186045. Was potentieel een interessant item maar onvolledig ingevoerd. Ik denk nu dat de juiste invoer niet meer gaat komen. En dan is het dus gewoon een niet te identificeren herdruk, want het jaartal ontbreekt en de achterkant klopt niet. Maar afkeur is geen optie meer.
Ik blijf dus bij mijn standpunt dat het verstandig zou zijn gebruikers te waarschuwen dat een item in behandeling is.
(edit) In het algemeen ben ik met je eens dat de behandeltijd kort zou moeten zijn, maar in de zomermaanden moet je mensen gewoon wat meer tijd geven. Tenslotte neemt (noch?) niet iedereen de laptop mee naar de camping.

Exactly, you can no longer simply reject it, and yet you would sometimes want to. Take 1186045 . Was potentially an interesting item but incompletely entered.
