Most probably the moderator does not understand. 
The post has nothing to do with anything personal. that is why it is completely wrong to label it as "personal complaints." 
There is standard procedure to remove unfair feedback of a buyer. This procedure is not reflected in the feedback system. The aim of the topic is clear:  reveal the secret, where this procedure is explained.

More ever it was clearly shown that
- the complaint was made already. No effect: no one of the site team contacted and the fake feedback is still at its place. That is why it is not clear, how the moderator issued this recommendation without reading the post, 
- the answer to the simple question is requiered: how to remove an unfair feedback. 

Note. If moderator feels that the gaps made by site developers are revealed, then it is worth to concentrate of getting rid of the gaps and make the site better instead of hiding the important details and sending there, from where there is no answer. 
The most unclear case was revealed:
As it was given in the hidden post the complaint was made already and during 3 days there was no answer and the fake feedback is still there. But the forum topic was hidden by the site moderator just in 2 minutes! 3 days and 2 minutes! 

As it was shown already, the original post does not contradict anything, is not personal and should be restored.

The forum moderators are there only for the forum, not for disputes between buyer and seller.
If you have a complaint as a Buyer or Seller, always contact the other party first.
If this does not help, then contact the LastDodo Team via the Contact page.

Feedback gegeven op de dag van lid worden
Kans lijkt mij dus groot dat de feedback aangepast word nadat je contact opneemt met het Lastdodo team en alle informatie omtrent de gang van zaken vermeld

The bulling was obvious from the beginning. So the contact to the Lastdodo team was made immediately on May, 24 via email. No reply till now.
The next contact was made yesterday morning via the first link in moderator's substitution of the original post with correspondent details.  No reply, though this may be due to weekends. Here we have to be patient, But it is not clear, why there is no reply to the direct email for days.

And what is important for the site developers, is that the procedure is standard: if someone just have bulling in mind that person will create a fake account and make a fake order just to leave a negative feedback, and then another one and so on. I still have the other order in progress which should have the same  outcome: one more negative feedback for the orders, which the "buyer" do not pay. It is necessary to reveal the ways how this process of bulling can be stopped and do it effective.

This particular case was solved: the answer  to the request via contact form came  right now, the delay happened due to state holidays. The chances are large, that there was just a coincidence which brought to long delay, and the contact with the team generally works and it is enough for such cases.
