You can edit or add to your own message by clicking on the three dots at the top right of your message:
A second message, even if it has the same title, is a different one thread on the forum ... so your images are not here (and your question that belongs to the images not there) :)
Judging by the images (which are now in another thread) I rather think someone has cut the seal too short. I don't immediately find a blue 3p that is not fully serrated. Great Britain is not my specialty though.
Wonder if anyone else has a better view?
Perhaps
Tip1: Certain areas have their own administrator. Questions about stamps from a specific area can always be put to that administrator. Administrators are happy to help :) Of course there is not always a ready-made answer, but you can try.
To know if there is an administrator of an area: in the catalog, in that area, you have a button at the top 'Options '. Click on it and choose 'Administrators'.
If there is an assigned administrator, you will see them under 'Administrators of nnnnnnnn" (nnnnnnnn = area name/ country).
Tip2: When you write someone in a forum If you want to automatically notify you about a message you post, type '@' followed by the first letters of the nickname of that user. As you type more letters, that nickname suddenly appears in a selection list. Click on it and you will see that nickname as a link, with a small image next to it.
As at the top of this message with your nickname

Normally it is no problem to place this kind of stamps in the catalog if it exists in 1 of the (online) stamp catalogues.
However, also looked up, there are no 3p stamps with on 1 side or more sides that are not perforated, so that your stamp cannot be included in this catalog.
As Raoul62 already mentioned, your stamp will have been cut too short by someone.

This stamp could come from a booklet, containing 5x this stamp and 1 label. Catalog number X855 in my book published by SG.

Those from the booklet are also all serrated as far as I know

I can turn it into this with a bit of searching.
The booklet you mean is X855L P these are 5 serrated stamps of 3p with 1 label.
There is also the X855Pa with 6 times the toothed 3p
There is also the X852L P with 4 times the toothed 3p and 2 times the 2½p
I can't find the 3p above toothed anywhere either.

Well, a footnote in my SG catalog states that the booklet sheets were also issued from August 1, 1971 without the "outer perforation", which caused the 3p above imperforate. This variant also occurs with the 3½ p and 4½ p. But I'm copying the catalogue, because I probably don't own these books myself.

The stamps from that booklet (3 rows of 4 stamps) can be admired in the following creation: #5641163 ... all serrated.
But Id sometimes there may have been 'sloppy' cutting. Hard to say. But even then it still looks like a damaged stamp to me, even if there are such poorly cut booklets.
What else could be done ... I think I read somewhere that the stamps from Groot's 'Prestige booklets' Great Britain are not included separately in the catalogues, although they are (or may be) different. Maybe that's also a possibility. But for that we need a connoisseur of Prestige booklets. I wonder if there is one on LD.

The 3p stamps, regardless of color, do not exist with an unperforated side. If the perforation is missing, this is almost certainly the result of a stamp booklet not being cut properly - the alternative is that someone took a creative course with stamps - and the stamp is damaged in the eyes of collectors.
Stamp booklets with stamps that intentionally have an unperforated side were first issued in October 1986.
