Heeft er iemand enig idee of het verhaal ‘Het geheim van de maanvallei’ van Hans G Kresse ooit opnieuw werd uitgegeven?
Of zijn er online nog foto’s en/of info over het verhaal te vinden? Bijvoorbeeld ook van welk nummer tot welk nummer het gedrukt werd in het weekblad.

Nee, daar is nooit meer iets mee gedaan. Volgens mijn gegevens verscheen de aankondiging in nummer 19 van 1947 en liepen de 25 afleveringen van nr. 20 t/m 44 van dat jaar.

Jazeker, Kresse heeft in die tijd een groot aantal verhalen voor TPW geïllustreerd, waaronder dit.

Er is natuurlijk ook een facsimile van het weekblad. Hoewel het niet bij de inhoud genoemd staat, neem ik aan dat het verhaal wel in de bundels 2 en 3 staat.

dat zag ik later zelf ook pas. Ik had mijn zoektocht te veel geconcentreerd op de naam van het verhaal i.p.v. op de naam van het weekblad. Dat ga ik dus nog eens goed bekijken.

Aha, dat wist ik zelfs niet. Ik verzamel vooral sf-illustraties. Is dat dan de moeite voor mij, denkt u? Of is het aantal illustraties vooral beperkt?

Hier staan enkele tekeningen uit het verhaal. Of het voor jou de moeite waard is kan ik niet bepalen. Voor mij als Kresse-verzamelaar is het wel de moeite waard.

het zijn inderdaad verhalen met illustraties heb op catawiki een aantal van deze weekbladen in een kavel te koop binnenkort. naaast de verhaklen bevatten deze ook strips van Kresse (Xander en Eric de noorman )
