Ik ben nieuw hier en van plan mijn verzamelingen toe te voegen aan LastDodo, te beginnen met de kleine collectie bieretiketten.
Nu heb ik een vraag hierover: wat te doen met brouwerijen of etiketten die nog niet in de catalogus staan? Kan/moet ik die zelf toevoegen? Ik heb de post van de beheerder over de details gelezen, dus zal mij daar dan ook aan houden.
Maar komt er een controle na mijn invoer? Bijvoorbeeld op dubbeling in het geval ik niet goed genoeg gezocht heb?
Als voorbeeld: ik heb vijf verschillende etiketten van Brauerei Eck. Ik kan die brouwerij wel vinden bij viltjes, maar niet bij de categorie etiketten.

But will there be a check after my input? For example, on doubling in case I have not searched well enough?
As an example: I have five different labels from Brauerei Eck. I can find that brewery in felts, but not in the label category.

Als je van mening bent dat een etiket nog niet in de catalogus staat dan mag je deze natuurlijk toevoegen (graag zelfs want we willen een zo compleet mogelijk overzicht).
De naamgeving van de brouwerijen laat bij de bierviltjes en ook bij de -etiketten wat ruimte voor verbetering zien.
Brauerei Eck staat ook bij de etiketten (1x) maar onder de naam Eck. Het beste is ook te zoeken op een deel van de naam i.p.v. de hele naam.
Mocht je eventueel toch een etiket dubbel invoeren, dan wordt deze (eenmaal aangeduidt als 'Doublure van xxxxx' - xxxxx staat i.d.g. voor het al bestaan LastDodo itemnummer - door een beheerder verwijderd)

If you are of the opinion that a label is not yet in the catalog, you can of course add it (please even because we want an overview that is as complete as possible).
The naming of the breweries shows some room for improvement with the beer coasters and also with the labels.
Brauerei Eck is also on the labels (1x) but under the name Eck. It is also best to search for part of the name instead of the whole name.
If you still enter a label twice, it will be (once marked as 'Duplication of xxxxx' - xxxxx i.d.g. stands for the existing LastDodo item number - removed by an administrator)

Mooi dat je onze bieretikettenverzameling wilt uitbreiden. Alle etiketten zijn welkom.
Over doublures hoef je je geen zorgen te maken. In principe kijken de mensen voordat ze een etiket invoeren eerst of deze al in de catalogus staat. Vaak komt er tijdens de invoer al een pop-up van gelijknamige items. Mocht er toch een etiket doorslippen dan wordt deze door mij alsnog onderschept.
Nieuwe etiketten komen bij invoer "tijdelijk" in de catalogus. Pas na goedkeuring door de beheerder worden ze definitief opgenomen. Er is dus vooraf al voor de beheerder een mogelijkheid om een dubbel etiket af te keuren. Wordt dit niet opggemerkt en staat hij vervolgens definitief in de catalogus dan is er alsnog de mogelijkheid om het item als doublure aan te merken, zoals Ted al aangaf. Dan kan er achteraf nog worden hersteld.
Voor wat betreft Brauerei Eck en andere brouwerijen geldt dat bij de rubriek "Brouwerij" het voorvoegsel brouwerij/Brauerei achterwege wordt gelaten. Ook dient voor de volledigheid de vestigingsplaats toegevoegd te worden.
Ted merkte ook al op dat het etiket onder Eck staat opgenomen en niet onder Brauerei Eck.
Mocht je verder nog vragen hebben dan hoor ik dat graag.

Great that you want to expand our beer label collection. All labels are welcome.
Don't worry about duplication. In principle, before entering a label, people first check whether it is already in the catalog. Often a pop-up of items of the same name appears during the input. If a label does slip, it will still be intercepted by me.
New labels are entered "temporarily" in the catalog when they are entered. They are only definitively included after approval by the administrator. So there is a possibility in advance for the manager to reject a double label. If this is not noticed and it is then definitively in the catalog, then there is still the option to mark the item as duplicate, as Ted already indicated. Then it can still be restored afterwards.
With regard to Brauerei Eck and other breweries, the prefix brewery / Brauerei is omitted from the heading "Brewery". For the sake of completeness, the location should also be added.
Ted also noted that the label is included under Eck and not under Brauerei Eck.
