I come across the series Hollands Helden at Albumpictures. The first 24 (+ the last) have an album , where the cards can only be inserted. Are they album pictures? Exactly the same cards can also be found under Trading cards .
The last 12 from the first series appear to consist of " decals ". I wonder if they belong to this series, because - despite the same publisher and year - they are completely different items.
They are also (partly) under Stickers as " tattoo sticker ". In my opinion, both names are not really correct, because they are (deviated) transfers (the French call it "décalcomania").
Are there convincing arguments to regard the cards as Album pictures or as Trading cards?
And are there reasons not to move the decals/tattoosickers to Transfers (section Other)?

PS I also come across Bubble Gum Transfers from the Smurfs, which makes me wonder what kind of "Item" you should consider this: are they primarily Bubble Gum Tags or primarily Transfers ?

As for your P.S., we normally judge an item on its merits and don't care about the manufacturer or publisher. But it is precisely in these situations that the intention of the manufacturer can provide a solution.
If a chewing gumboer gives away pictures in its packaging that are also transfers, then we place them with chewing gum pictures. If a stamp appears with a booklet with the smallest Bible in the world, we put it under Stamps.
By involving the manufacturer's intent in the last resort, you solve almost all these kinds of issues. With the added advantage that no disagreement can arise between administrators of different sections. (;-)

No one will deny that the book is a compilation album, intended to store these pictures. Whether the pictures are also album pictures depends on the answer to the question whether the pictures were also released with the intention of putting them in this album.
It 's clear with this one. The album is a compilation album, but the content consists of entry tickets, not album pictures. Same with pre-printed stamp albums.
I don't know how that works with these heroes, but I would find it plausible if they were put on the market as album pictures (for the album).

Something like this can very well be done within one series. Just think of the Disney paninni albums, where the bags contained stickers in addition to the normal pictures, which had to be pasted in the same album to complete certain illustrations.
