Ik vroeg me af of iemand mij op de goude weg kan helpen qua informatie en waarde.
Ik ben de collectie van mijn opa aan het uitzoeken en kwam een Australische penny tegen uit 1943. Alleen nu staat bij alles wat ik erover vind dat de munt van brons is. Alleen... de mijne lijkt verzilverd (of een andere metaal soort ik ben daar niet zo thuis in). Is er iemand die mij wat meer kan vertellen?

I am researching my grandfather's collection and came across an Australian penny from 1943. Only now everything I think about the coin is bronze. Only ... mine seems to be silver plated (or some other metal kind I'm not very familiar with). Is there anyone who can tell me more?
