Ongekeurd totaal cataloguswaarde circa 125 euro. Danzig Porto 15-20 gekeurd totaal cat. waarde over 8000 euro.... inclusief foto certificaat! Wat vinden anderen?
I'm starting to worry a bit about Catawiki. The description of the above lot is incorrect or photos of stamps are missing. I think I see Danzig 1-25 (correctly defined) and Danzig Porto 1-14 and 30-37. No trace of the so-called Zoppoter Provisorien (Danzig franking stamps with stamp T in circle). Unapproved total catalog value approximately 125 euros. Danzig Porto 15-20 approved total cat. value over 8000 euros .... including photo certificate! What do others think?
You don't have to worry, because we do our utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly, but in this case you are absolutely right. The text is somewhat confusing and the term Zoppoter Provisorien was probably used for the seal depicted with that postmark.
We are also very happy about this kind of feedback and hope to take advantage of it. If you see imperfections in lots, you can always contact us directly. Then we can also take action more quickly if necessary.
The text has now been adjusted in response to your findings and the bidder on this lot has been informed of the changes.
Thanks for your correction and best regards,
Jos Zinkstok (auctioneer stamps)
