Ik heb onlangs wat items toegevoegd. Als ik naar mijn verzameling ga, dan staan ze daar wel als recent toegevoegd, maar ze staan niet in mijn verzameling, en ook niet in de catalogus.
En als ik een item verwijder van een artiest, is het item wel weg, maar dan blijft bij de artiest nog steeds staan dat er nog 1 in mijn verzameling zit.
Wie kan me helpen?

I recently added some items. When I go to my collection, they are there as recently added, but they are not in my collection, nor in the catalog.

Het kan zijn dat de beheerder van de platen een aantal van de door jou ingevoerde items heeft afgekeurd omdat ze al in de catalogus staan.
Als het goed is heb je daar dan een mail over ontvangen.

Heb je een concreet voorbeeld, want ik zie geen afgekeurde items op jouw naam en ik vind de recent toegevoegde platen wel terug in je verzameling

Ik had het bij een stuk of 5 singles van Alice cooper, waaronder "under my wheels".
Staat niet in de catalogus, maar ik had hem wel bij mijn recente toevoegingen staan.

Under my wheels staat gewoon in de catalogus hoor.
Het invoeren is dus goed gelukt en ik zie deze single ook in jouw collectie staan...

Heel erg raar, want ik kan hem nog steeds niet terugvinden in mijn verzameling. Daar staan er maar 2 in.
Ook in de catalogus zie ik hem echt niet.
Ik ga eerst naar de catalogus, daarna naar lp's en singles, daarna naar de letter C , en daar klik ik alice cooper aan. Doe ik wat verkeerd dan?

Probleem is natuurlijk dat het zowel de naam is van een band als van een persoon.
