It's a luxury problem ...
It's a form of laziness ...
However, if you buy something through Catawiki, would it not be possible to add your received purchases to your personal collection at once?
Or: if you click on an item in your purchase, you can see an 'add' button?

Hmmm, I personally have no problem going to my search list and clicking on the green arrow. What I find unfortunate is that if you do that, the album will not be added to your recent additions but the addition date will be taken from your search list. Can that be changed?

Of toch?
Not that much of a luxury actually ... Not for stamps anyway.
After purchasing 72 articles (Liechtenstein stamps) I want to be able to quickly add these items with the correct condition (as purchased). After verifying the condition of each item, of course.
In my search list there are already, after a short time, more than 3000 items, several hundred from Liechtenstein, 63 have the title 'Landscapes'. Well, the title has not always been so well chosen when adding items over the years. And the search list is actually a list, not a showcase.
Clicking through from the purchase list you will see picture and data, but no possibility to add, and no link on the LD number. You can only copy the LD number and paste it in the search box to go to the item, then click again on '+ in collection' to select (click) the appropriate condition and then confirm (click). Lots of clicking. For 72 items many hundreds of clicks before you have placed everything in your collection.
I can't find any other way, and this community post from ... nearly 10 years ago ... just confirms there's no other way. Or right?

So after an order on LastDodo you want to immediately add the purchased item to your collection? Only after you have received the order I think.
That is actually a logical question. I'm putting this on the list to pick up for when we revamp the ordering process.

Prima Rene
Prima Rene
And indeed, after the 'physical' check, it would be quite useful to place the items correctly in the collection with a few less clicks. Then you can quickly start another treasure hunt on LD without mistakes :)

Hello Morits,
Yes, but if it contains thousands of items, including hundreds with the same 'name', without an image ... Still not really easy to find the right item. A lot of 'scrolling' and a high risk of mistakes. Actually, the search list is not that useful in those circumstances.
And as JozefK states: 'if you do that, the album will not be added to your recent additions but the date of addition will be taken from your search list'
Whether it's an album or a stamp, it doesn't matter. It's about an item. Because if you return to your invoice (or purchase list) and you notice that you have incorrectly added the previous 'unused' instead of stamped, then you are quickly dozens of clicks, and a lot of scrolling work, before you take the item back click to customize with it.
I once measured and now I need 12 clicks and 2 key combinations (a CTRL + C and a CTRL + V) per item to add one item. Without mistakes I can get my purchase list of 72 items in 864 clicks and 144 keyboard combinations in my collection. A bit of dull bandwork, which again makes mistakes possible, of course.

@Rene
@Rene
Maybe an idea with little investment to reduce the number of clicks:
If you click on the item in the list (invoice) you will see details of the item. A.o. the 'CATALOG DETAILS', with the first line 'LastDodo number: nnnnnn'.
The LastDodo number is not a (hot) link to the item in the catalog. In other places, where an almost identical screen is displayed, this is a (hot) link.
Then you no longer have to select the number, and then use ctrl + C / ctrl / V to get it in the LastDodo search box to navigate to the item in the catalog. With an average processing of a purchase - usually more than 100 stamps - would save almost an hour of clicking, typing and mouse navigation (the tedious work).
Is just an idea ...

But a good idea, we will take along with the rewriting of the shops and marketplace.

Tammo,
Tammo,
Another thing that suddenly bubbled up (I sometimes feel like a glass of champagne :)):
When you look in someone's shop, it is neatly marked 'This shop has xx items from your wish list for sale'.
Sometimes it is also more than useful to know 'This shop has xxxx items for sale that are not (yet) in your collection.'
Actually, I was thinking of a kind of switch button (like in the new gallery with 'Default / All'): 'Shop / In your Wishlist / Not in Collection'.
I have about 8000 items in my search list, and with this number I already notice a delay (apparently takes a lot of processing time). If I put in 100,000, LD would automatically tell me what to pick up in the shop. But then every time I visit a shop I can drink a lot of coffee (even more). So I limit myself to a few countries. Later I can 'search' some other countries.
Suppose someone in his shop has just a little too little from my search list in the offer to set up a transaction.
If I can quickly find out that in the same shop, 100 stamps are offered from one country - not too expensive - which I don't have yet. Then I would not hesitate and set up a transaction immediately.
Possibly also to take with you or to investigate?
