the sellers have to pay for this

If they rent a shop there is a price tag, they go through their own site or sales site also has a price tag.

In addition, many companies must reach their target audience through advertisements, which is also a price tag.

And I have always understood that the sun does not rise for anything, and I also understand that you are saying we must set a starting bid.

But start is with an agreed% of catalog value, which is perhaps entered with more attention?

@ purveensboeken

I read in the auctioneer's note: " Payment of premium only when a lot remains unsold, prevents starting prices that are too high".

So should the retailers only pay if there is no bidding? As you put it, it is exactly that you have to pay anyway.

I will sound like an old nag again, but it is precisely with the comic lot with a higher starting price ( lot 119 on Wednesday, or are there more?) that I have my doubts.

It doesn't look like a "painting". Or at least not a finished painting. It seems to me more like a partially colored blueprint for an (unused?) book illustration or cover.

PS Does anyone have The Trailblazers on hand? Isn't the drawing by chance on the title page or something?

Edit: Nevermind, I just found it on this blog :

Last page of the book, I guess?!

Sorry it's about another lot of yours, ronald2693. I'm really not targeting you, but you can do some better research from now on.

This is always the case with a sale, but if a contribution is always requested when establishing a starting bid, my first reaction is not entirely correct.

I have not seen this in auction condition!

120. Rikki en Wiske - 1st edition - (1946)

Album is in protective film

I think the photos are worthless, and the "protective film" is pure camouflage to cover up restoration and damage. It is incomprehensible that this is possible.

Only in the auction conditions for the sellers is something now mentioned about the possible use of a higher starting price.

A question that may have already been asked, but I cannot find an answer anywhere.

How can one bid at an auction without your name appearing, with me the name of the others only appears as a number?
