IOS loopt gewoon. We hebben inmiddels een aanpassing gedaan waardoor de kans op vastlopers veel en veel kleiner is geworden.
Android heeft een storing die we snel hopen op te lossen.
iOS is just running. We have now made an adjustment so that the chance of crashes has become much, much smaller.
Android has a glitch that we hope to fix soon.

probeer al enkele dagen te synchroniseren op de tab en smartfoon. blijft in behandeling staan. snap dat het voor jou ook niet leuk telkens deze berichten maar ik krijg het niet voor elkaar.

Bij mij lukt het ook niet.

Android doet het nergens meer. We hebben vandaag ontdekt waar dat door komt. Aan mij nu de schone taak dit snel te laten herstellen.

Wat ik wel storend vind is dat als ik bij de held/serie Robbedoes, de Dupuis uitgaves aanklik, ik er ineens alle Dupuis uitgaven in mijn zoeklijst te zien krijg. Terwijl ik alleen de Dupuis uitgaven van Robbedoes verwacht.
En als er dan toch tijd is om de app te verbeteren:
- objecten van zoeklijst naar verzameling kunnen verhuizen
- afbeeldingen toevoegen aan je verzameling
- ...

What I do find disturbing is that when I click on the Dupuis editions in the hero / series Spirou, I suddenly see all Dupuis editions in my search list. While I only expect the Dupuis releases from Spirou.

Bij mij doet hij het nog steeds niet. Er staat steeds 'Uw Synchronisatieverzoek is nog in behandeling.' Al een aantal dagen. Heb de app een keer verijderd en later opnieuw geinstalleerd, maar nog steeds hetzelfde.

Maar ik zie nu bij sommige items staan 'Nog geen foto'. Ik zie wel de afbeelding als ik op het item klik.

Je moet natuurlijk wel wachten tot je de melding krijgt dat de synch klaar is. Hij ververst eerst de gegevens, daarna de plaatjes.

Ik heb gisteren de nieuwe Android-app weer opnieuw geïnstalleerd op mijn tablet. Hij synchroniseerde netjes, maar ik kan nog steeds niet bij het menu. De 3 streepjes rechts boven reageren nog steeds niet. Ik kan dus alleen maar syncen door de app te deïnstalleren en opnieuw te installeren.
Ik vermoed dat ze dat dus niet mee hebben genomen tijdens de "reparatie" van de app.
Gaat dat nog gebeuren Arco?
Yesterday I reinstalled the new Android app on my tablet. It synced nicely, but I still can't get to the menu. The 3 lines at the top right still do not respond. So I can only sync by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I suspect they didn't include that during the "repair" of the app.

De spoedreparatie ging alleen over een bug die een showstopper was. Rest komt nog, al blijft het vreemd dat dat menu-ikoontje bij enkelen niet werkt.

Onlangs update van de Android-versie uitgevoerd. Toch weer melding dat synchronisatieverzoek nog in behandeling is.

Tot ik vorig najaar een Android in bezit kreeg wist ik dit niet. Is inderdaad nogal omslachtig. In de IOS-app zitten die functies wel. Ik heb het al op het lijstje gezet.
I didn't know this until I got hold of an Android last fall. Is indeed quite cumbersome. Those functions are included in the IOS app. I've already put it on the list.
