I placed an order with someone 2 weeks ago but I still haven't received an invoice. How do I cancel the order myself if there is no response at all? Otherwise it will remain in 'My orders'. As a seller you can cancel it, but as a buyer I see no option to cancel.

Have you already contacted the seller?
They may be ill or on vacation.

Had the same case once before. Never received any response, only received a request for feeback a year later because the order was canceled. This 1 year later never had contact with the seller. By the way, have such an order already been placed on 27-1-2013 and still have not received any payment details plus no response to a personal email to this shop even a week ago.

Yes, but I might have to wait and see. There will certainly be a reason. But I noticed that I cannot cancel my order myself if, for example, I have not received a response after months.

Is a missed option that we do not have that we actually cannot do this after 1 month, as we may be able to buy the same elsewhere but do not dare not to have it twice later. Last time I had it there for more than 6 months it was still risky to buy that album elsewhere. was surprised to receive that request a year later. This with notification amulated because no longer viable, while I have never received a response in any other way before.

Unfortunately I have still not received an invoice. The only reaction to my first message was from February 8 that she first had to celebrate carnival and would respond the 'next week'. But unfortunately, it is now March 1 and still have no response. After another two messages still no response.

Wouldn't a shop like that be better closed before someone ordered something again?

Apparently throws me out.

Apparently you're not the only one there, haven't even had a response to my email yet and apparently you do. from me it is already more than 1 month my order.

By the way, I have already said on the forum elsewhere that someone else also ordered something in the same shop, I seem and still waiting for a response.

We can only hope that we get an invoice or message at least so that we know that we should look elsewhere to supplement our collection with these things.

In my case feeback makes little sense as I was almost certainly one of his first customers as I ordered the same day he joined which I have seen meanwhile and possibly suddenly withdraws.

I've also dealt with these not very professional sellers. I usually send a reminder if they don't respond to an order after a few days. If I still don't get to hear from this person, I kindly ask them to cancel the order. It may still be that the order remains open for months. But in the meantime, I have long since ordered the items I wanted from another more reliable seller.

I also have the feeling that some people create an account and if they sell little or nothing, just give up. Of course that is not nice for people who are looking for specific items and are happy to find them here, but then come across a seller who does not respond :(

Is it possible to cancel an order that I have placed and the seller does not send an invoice so that he disappears from the list of orders?

No, it is not yet possible for buyers to archive things ...

It is a pity that you cannot cancel an order.

Over the years, several stamp orders have not been responded to. I wonder if those shops still exist. Does Last Dodo check for that? If not, pollution will occur in the shop database, partly because stamp collectors are a dying breed

All shops that are now open have registered since July 1, so everything is up to date.
