Last week I had an unpleasant transaction where I left negative feedback. In response to my feedback, the seller now calls me a scammer and a liar. It's a shame that the seller switches to swearing, as I have always acted correctly in communication. It might have been avoidable if I could explain more clearly why I left negative feedback, but since you only have 200 characters available you have to choose what to include. I also realize that you have to set a limit, but negative feedback can have quite an impact, so some more space might be desirable. I also think it would be useful if a counter would run along with the number of characters you still have at your disposal.
