Has been uploading photos for several hours, without result, both via smartphone and various web browsers, all photos that I want to upload fail, it says " Please try again "

Anyone any idea?

Hey,

This is not on the collectors platform, but on the lot creation page of Catawiki.

My grandson has the same problem, whichever photo we want to upload, it always says, try again.

No result .. this is not due to the size of the photos or the internet connection or browser but rather a problem with catawiki. Even photos that were previously uploaded for other lots will not work.

Any idea?

Same problem. Can't upload any more photos either. Tried with pictures of a lot from a few weeks ago, it doesn't work either.

Concerns offering various auction objects.

Also here and still BIG problem because delivering objects with photos is NOT possible now - from here already since Friday.

Your advice Customer Service, after waiting 3 hours, and then via Belgian Kl.service;

`we will pass it on.....` and that was Friday 12.07

Without photos no objects, without objects no auction and then......??

The agreement here is: first arrange a ticket at Customer Service. If no help after that, you can cry out for help with your ticket number and I can mediate.

Thanks, I did not know about the ticket - had reported a problem by telephone on Friday to

Customer Service Belgium and they spoke to NIX about Ticket, but well Know that now.

Good morning . I have not been able to post an item for several weeks. Uploading takes a long time. And then cannot post anything. Does anyone have any idea how that can be done? Do I possibly have to take a different size photo. If so which one? Hope to get a report about this can't do anything at all now.
