Mijn afb.3 was een variant op Kuifje in zicht (waarin de versie van stripsmagazijn staat), dus *als* verzamelaars dat gecheckt hebben toen ze hun album toevoegden dan klopt het niet... Jammer dat stripsmagazijn zijn album niet heeft toegevoegd :-/

My image 3 was a variation on Tintin in sight (which contains the version of comics magazine), so * if * collectors checked that when they added their album then it doesn't make sense ... Too bad that comics magazine doesn't have its album added: - /

De donkerblauwe schutbladen werden gebruikt bij de oudste drukken. Ze komen alleen voor in combinatie met het colofon 1 of 2 en nooit met talenlijsten.
De lichtblauwe schutbladen komen alleen voor met talenlijsten. Vanaf 1961 worden de talenlijsten vermeld bij nieuwe drukken.
Bij uitgaven uit 1961-63 zonder talenlijst gaat het om oude boekblokken die worden gebruikt. Casterman was een zuinige uitgever :)
The dark blue bracts were used in the oldest editions. They only occur in combination with the colophon 1 or 2 and never with language lists.
The light blue endpapers only occur with language lists. From 1961 the language lists are mentioned in new editions.
Issues from 1961-63 without a language list are old book blocks that are used. Casterman was a thrifty publisher :)

Voor zover ik weet heeft Peter Ottens alleen maar albums opgenomen die hij daadwerkelijk in handen heeft gehad. Al zijn versies bestaan dus.

As far as I know, Peter Ottens has only recorded albums that he actually owned. So all its versions exist.
He also indicates that he has not found all the combinations.

Gezien de hoeveelheid werk zou ik volstaan met een afbeelding van het voorste schutblad en het aangeven welke figuur op het achterste schutblad staat, dit geeft de meeste kans dat toekomstige invoerders de moeite nemen om de schutbladen toe te voegen. Daarnaast vind ik dit overzichtelijker.
Bij de assemblage van de albums werden wel eens fouten gemaakt. ( Dubbele schutbladen, dubbele covers) dit zijn misdrukken en die nemen we niet op. Ik weet niet of de schutbladen wel eens omgedraaid zijn of dat 2 keer hetzelfde schutblad is gebruikt...

Given the amount of work I would suffice with an image of the front cover and indicating which figure is on the back cover, this gives the best chance that future importers will take the trouble to add the endpapers. In addition, I find this more convenient.
Mistakes were sometimes made during the assembly of the albums. (Double endpapers, double covers) These are misprints and we will not include them. I don't know if the endpapers have been turned over or if the same endpaper has been used twice ...
Tot nu toe wat toegeveogd bij 847623 1657337 en 24344 , maar dat levert i.i.g. nog geen nieuwe varianten op (wel meer duidelijkheid en een snellere ontdekking van varianten hopen we dan maar ;-)
Moet nu weg, maar bij 547633 zie ik dat er in kuifje in zicht al twee varianten staan; ik heb de NB versie. Hier al een nieuwe variant toevoegen, of de huidige versie aanpassen en hopen dat iemand de andere invoert?
