In 1948 Morris introduced a new series of small cars. Designated Minor MM, its entirely new design was the work of Alec Issigonis, who 11 years later created the revolutionary Mini. 1952 saw the appearance of the Series II Minor and, for the first time, an estate car version – the Traveller. The distinctive ashwood framing around the rear bodywork earned the car its nickname – The Woody. 204.000 Travellers were built before production ceased in 1971. Non-limited edition
