Als je op exporteren klikt, dan moet je nog eens bevestigen en dan komt dit antwoord:

De export wordt gemaakt! Je ontvangt een email zodra de export gereed is. Als het druk op de site is kan dat even duren.
En dan zou je in je mailbox alles moeten vinden. Soms even wachten.
Succes, en als het niet lukt dan vraag je het nog maar eens.

Even nakijken of je bij het juiste mailadres kijkt (zelfde als je hier bij catawiki hebt opgegeven).
En anders even kijken bij je spam, kan ook dat het daar terecht komt.
Ik heb juist zelf nog eens geprobeerd en binnen de 30 seconden had ik alles.

Vooreerst, hoed af voor alle medewerkers aan Catawiki. Het is een enorm boeiend hulpmiddel voor het bijhouden van mijn verzameling.
De Platte lijst bevat twee keer hetzelfde veld, nl 'cataloguswaarde'. Anderzijds ontbreekt het veld 'Gebruikstype' zoals 'Frankeer', 'Luchtpost', 'port' enz... In de lijst staan al die zegels door elkaar en dat is niet handig.
Kan iemand dat recht zetten?

Hello, Export excel Stamps
First of all, hats off to all Catawiki employees. It's a hugely exciting tool for keeping track of my collection.
The Flat list contains the same field twice, namely 'catalog value'. On the other hand, the field 'Use type' such as 'Franking', 'Airmail', 'postage' etc ... The list contains all those stamps together and that is not useful.
Can someone correct that ?

Het staat op de lijst om alle Excel-sheets kritisch langs te lopen en te corrigeren. Ik kan er nog geen datum aan hangen, maar ik start met de grootste rubrieken.

Wat bedoel je met kritisch langslopen? Is dat cosmetisch of inhoudelijk? Ik hoop ook inhoudelijk. Als thematisch verzamelaar postzegels vind ik de velden afgebeeld op zegel en thema/motief absolute noodzaak in een excel bestand. Dan kan ik mijn zegels weer per diergroep indelen, in plaats van per land, zoals nu. Dat doe ik nu handmatig, maar dat gaat me ruim een jaar kosten. Zonde van mijn tijd, want het kan, met een druk op de knop, zo gebeurd zijn.
Cataloguswaarde staat er inderdaad twee keer in. Ik dacht even postfris en gestempeld, maar de waarden in beide kolommen zijn identiek. Verder had ik bij een totaal overzicht wel de landen erbij. Na selectie op thema zeedieren weer niet. Het excel-bestand lijkt dus afhankelijk te zijn van de uitgangspositie. Ik ben benieuwd naar de aanpassingen.

even signaleren dat bij de export van een stripverzameling het veld oplage als volgt wordt weergegeven:
in de catalogus : 2500 ==> in excel : 2500
in de catalogus: 25.000 ==> in excel: 25
Het punt in de catalogus wordt in het excel bestand beschouwd als een decimaal teken.
Nu vraag ik me af: kan dit aangepast worden in de export zodat 25.000 ook "25000" blijft? Of moeten de oplagecijfers in de catalogus genoteerd worden zonder decimaal teken (vb. "25000"). In dat geval kan ik de items die in mijn verzameling zitten al aanpassen in de catalogus. Maar alvorens tot die actie over te gaan wacht ik wel eerst een reactie af.

Heb een testje gedraaid met . en Jilles' truc met het vinkje in celeigenschappen werkt zo te zien niet, want het Engelstalige automatische exportsysteem schrijft alleen de getallen voor de . fysiek in Excel weg. Aangezien we meertalig zijn, lijkt het me handig om vanaf heden aantallen overal zonder punt in te laten tikken. Oplages zijn over het algemeen alleen van belang cq worden over het algemeen alleen ingevoerd bij gelimiteerde uitgaven. Ik vermoed dus dat het aantal handmatige aanpassingen niet ontzettend groot zal zijn.
N.B. Dit probleem duikt nu pas op omdat het veld Oplage onlangs aan de exports van Strips en Boeken is toegevoegd.

Bij de postzegels is het aanzienlijk meer werk. Ik zou ervoor kiezen, als dat kan, om het automatisch te laten veranderen. En anders zou ik nog eerder het veld oplage ter discussie willen stellen, dan alles handmatig aan te passen. Want voor mij als verzamelaar is het veld oplage van 0 en generlei waarde. Het lijkt me meer iets voor de verkoper om te zien of een item algemeen is en om daarmee mede de prijs te bepalen.

wanneer een oplagecijfer bij een strip wordt vermeld, gaat het inderdaad meestal om beperkte oplagen (zo tussen de 500 en 2500) en deze werden doorgaans niet met een decimaal teken geregistreerd. Pas bij oplages vanaf 10.000 exemplaren wordt het decimaal teken gebruikt. Gevolg is inderdaad dat het aantal handmatige aanpassingen, bestaande uit het verwijderen van het decimaal teken, erg beperkt is.
In mijn verzameling (momenteel 3300 items) ging het om 25 items waarvan ik er 21 zelf heb kunnen aanpassen (nl. 19 items Stripgids 2e reeks, 1 item Zozolala en 1 item Storm).
Bleven 4 items over die ik niet zelf kon aanpassen wegens "bevroren":
Stripgids 2e reeks nummer 30 = Catawiki item 2877925
Blake & Mortimer - De Zaak Francis Blake = Catawiki item 34237

when a print run number is mentioned with a comic, it is indeed usually limited print runs (between 500 and 2500) and these were usually not registered with a decimal sign. The decimal sign is only used for print runs of 10,000 copies or more. The result is indeed that the number of manual adjustments, consisting of removing the decimal sign, is very limited.
