Twee tips en één must:
Tip: Als je alle catalogi van Hartberger ooit bij elkaar wilt kunnen zien, kan het handig zijn om in het veld Boekenreeks te zetten: 'Hartberger catalogi'.
Must: Afbeelding 2 moet de achterzijde van het item zijn, dus geen pagina's uit het binnenwerk. Daar is plek 3 voor. Zie de invulinstructies.
Tip: De titel is nu 'Juliana catalogus'. Ik zou hem persoonlijk 'Juliana catalogus - Najaar 1980 - 1e uitgave' noemen. Daarmee bereik je dat het item sneller wordt gevonden bij zoekopdrachten op delen van de titel.

Tip: If you ever want to be able to see all of Hartberger's catalogs together, it can be useful to put 'Hartberger catalogs' in the Book series field.
Must: Image 2 must be the back of the item, so no pages from the inside. There is place 3 for that. See the completion instructions.
Tip: The title is now 'Juliana catalog'. I would personally call it 'Juliana catalog - Autumn 1980 - 1st edition'. This will ensure that the item is found faster when searching for parts of the title.

Het gaat er natuurlijk om wat de afspraken zijn, niet wat ieder van ons persoonlijk zinnig vindt bij individuele items. Als we ons daaraan overgeven ontstaat er geen structuur en is beheer zinloos. Zoals ik al zei: dit was dus een must, de andere waren tips.

Maar deze ga ik (zeker voorlopig) niet invoeren als verzameling. Dit geldt ook voor diverse catalogi en andere boeken over munten en bankbiljetten. Misschien gebeurt dat nog wel ergens in de toekomst, maar voorlopig nog even niet.
