Probably because there was no such possibility :-)

Sometimes it's hilarious where (post) stamps are all lying around ...
If someone does not have a budget for them because they are too scarce or too expensive, or because they do not belong to their collecting area, then they are too easily dropped in Fantasyland of Stamps, Sealing Stamps, Other, ... and who knows where else.
Which philatelist will look beyond the 'Stamps' section to fill in the gaps in his collection? No one I'm afraid. What a missed opportunity anyway.
These are official postage stamps. Michel mentions that they don't catalog them. After all, Michel is far from a specialist in those areas. Clearly seen on the stamp that is cataloged for Independent State of Congo, Belgian Congo, Congo Democratic Republic and Zaire.
But stamp catalogs that are slightly more specialized (Yvert, OBP) do include them, with correct data.
For Belgium and ex-territories it was often customary to update a stamp itself with a hand stamp if postage had to be paid.
Example: #1265927
Should all those postage stamps from Belgium also be moved to the 'Other' section?

Idd @Jummeke, there is just as little car on it as they would be from Zaire. The Great Dictator and inventor of the name Zaire was not even born then.
I really don't see where someone got that from ... A self-proclaimed 'Specialist Fatherlandsche-History Connoisseur' who may have experienced it all at the end of the 19th century, but has a memory problem due to expiration date lol
And it is just as good stamps as all these that are in LD under the Netherlands in the stamps section. I don't understand what they are doing in the 'Other' section. Waiting for the van? Don't think that van passes here.
If they are listed there (section 'Other'), or in the absurdly quoted other section above: it is not good, cannot be explained and cannot be motivated.

Are you aware of the agreements on how to indicate for an item that it should be transferred to another category?
There are more items in wrong categories and they are therefore migrated to another category on occasion. But they must be specified correctly.

Such items are never added in the 'Other' section. They are stamps, they are initially added in that section.
They have been moved from 'stamps' to 'Other' through the procedure. I am indeed aware of that procedure.
There is no point in re-applying that procedure to have it moved back to the heading of origin. In no time, someone applies the procedure again and they go back to the 'Other' section. That's how you keep busy.
Sometimes I find it funny where I see (post) stamps appear, and the (usually French) comments that are in the various boxes (sometimes for 10 years).
By way of a test I once left a comment in a field. I received a response within 24 hours. It was in Dutch ... maybe I should do the test again in my second national language.
And, to reassure Jummeke: until now I have not seen any (post) stamps in 'Model cars' under 'Taiwan' :)

There are more items in the wrong sections and they are occasionally migrated to another section.
Then those items must of course be in the wrong section, because otherwise they should remain or move to another section, such as postmarks. I don't understand these stamps, so I don't want to interfere with the content. But with the process. And I see that [edit moderator - name has been removed, because RTBF = Right To Be Forgotten] (RTBF 15897) gives arguments why he thinks these objects do not belong in the stamp category. Those arguments are:
Stamps with the hand stamp "TAXES" are not accepted by the postal administration as postage stamps. These hand stamps are only considered as cancellations.
Yvert & amp; Tellier no. 6C
OBP no. TX6C
With Raoul I don't see many other arguments than that he thinks they belong to the stamps and that they are. And I think that's great, since there is still no answer to an earlier post with the question of what should be included in the stamp section. And again, maybe he is 100% right, but it is not the way in which the substantive discussion should be conducted.

These 96 items are marked with Wrong heading under Seal Stamps.
If these are Jul Stamps, can't they be migrated to Stamps? It has already been decided about the Jul stamps to place them under Stamps.

There are now 55 items in Stamps marked with WRONG SECTION .
I would like to transfer this one, if I know to which section (further refinement about type etc. is nice).
Please indicate this in the correct way via an empty field (not in Details or NVPH).
The title must also be correct, otherwise it is impossible for the "mover" to do it.

There are a number of van Leenderd from before the decision. I will come across them when I go through the Jules stamps. Have been in contact and know the cause. No problem.
I can check out the others afterwards. If there is no target category, or if the indication is in 'Title', there is a real chance that it is a false alarm. Otherwise I will add a section (in an empty box and as far as my knowledge is sufficient) and restore the title.
