Hallo allen, wanneer ik een nieuw item zie op LastDodo en ik sla de foto inclusief watermerk van LastDodo op en gebruik deze bv op Instagram of Facebook omdat ik opzoek ben naar dit item. Is dit verboden of mag dit op deze manier?

Het is verboden om foto's van anderen van het internet te gebruiken. Dat geldt niet alleen voor LastDodo.

It is forbidden to use photos of others from the internet. This does not only apply to LastDodo.

Haha! Net even geprobeerd. Als je de link naar het item gebruikt in je bericht, dan zet Facebook er automatisch de afbeelding bij ;-D

Ik gebruik wel eens foto's op Facebook die ik uit Lastdodo haal, maar dan zijn het items die ik zelf gepost heb en ook in bezit heb. Daar zal toch niets op tegen zijn? De auteursrechten van de foto liggen bij mij lijkt me omdat ik de foto in de catalogus heb gepost.
I sometimes use photos on Facebook that I get from Lastdodo, but then they are items that I have posted myself and also own. There will be nothing wrong with that, right? The copyrights of the photo belong to me because I posted the photo in the catalog.

Strikt genomen, helaas wel wanneer er een L of (ouder) C logo op staat. De rechten voor gebruik zijn reeds overgedragen. Hergebruik van deze (met logo) is dus voor inderdaad L of C.
Uiteraard is er geen enkel bezwaar -als originele afbeeldingen van jezelf zijn-, dan zijn toch die originelen (zonder het logo) hiervan nog steeds vrij bruikbaar.
Die kun je gerust gebruiken.

Strictly speaking, unfortunately it is when it has an L or (older) C logo on it. The rights for use have already been transferred. Reuse of these (with logo) is therefore for indeed L or C.
Of course there is no objection - if original images are of yourself - then those originals (without the logo) are still quite usable.
You can safely use it.
