Daar doelde ik ook niet op, maar meer op het feit dat indien er ergens een land moet worden ingevuld, er dan alleen de afgesproken benaming wordt gebruikt door de invoerders.

Understandably, you don't want to change / adjust the tables at the moment.
I was not referring to that either, but more to the fact that if a country has to be entered somewhere, then only the agreed name is used by the importers.
