FransS noemt de mogelijkheid van aliases, zou mooi zijn als dat daadwerkelijk zou kunnen!

Wat ik me, aanhakend op de post van Dick52, ook afvraag is of er conventies\afspraken zijn om de combo zanger + band in te voeren. Dit is vooral interessant als van de betreffende zanger of band ook solo projecten bestaan.
In principe zou je dit ook met aliassen kunnen regelen (Corrie en de rekels als alias voor Konings, Corrie, Jonathan Richmond and the modern lovers als alias voor Richmond, Jonathan).
Mijn persoonlijke voorkeur gaat er naar uit om standaard te splitsen en de zanger(es) en de band als afzonderlijke artiesten in te voeren. Eric Burdon & War dus invoeren als twee artiesten Burdon, Eric en War. net als Peter Gabriel & Kate Bush

The real problem is that the terms band and band member are intertwined. The correct approach, but within Catawiki I think a passed station, is a band name and band member fields.

Ook een fotooooooooooooootje helpt niet voorkomen dat mensen een foute keuze maken als ze Eagles, The (I) en Eagles, The (II) in hun dropdown zien staan bij het invoeren.
Het toevoegen van een (romeins) nummer als tag heeft als nadeel dat je er helemaal niet aan kunt zien wie van de twee er bedoelt wordt als je iets invoert. Dat gaat dus snel fout en dergelijke nietszeggende tags zouden dus mijn inziens vermeden moeten worden.

Also, a photooooooooooooootje does not help prevent people from making a wrong choice if they see Eagles, The (I) and Eagles, The (II) in their dropdown when entering.
Adding a (roman) number as a tag has the disadvantage that you cannot see at all which of the two is meant when you enter something. That quickly goes wrong and such meaningless tags should be avoided in my opinion
