Inzake de 25 euro verzendkosten: het product komt gewoon uit Nederland, Arnhem aldus de advertentie.
Vandaar dat ik de verzendkosten enigszins schofterig vind, maar goed..de aankoop was niet te duur dus dan valt 't gemiddeld gezien wel mee...anderzijds, product was 52 euro, verz.kosten 25..die verhouding is totaal mank.
De vraag inzake verzending betreft ook dat ik bij een andere verkoper netjes een bericht kreeg dat het pakket op de post was, ook dat mis ik hier in het geheel..er is geen teken van leven en dat mag toch wel als je 25 eurie aftikt.

That's why I think the shipping costs are a bit offensive, but good. .the purchase was not too expensive, so on average it is not that bad ... on the other hand, product was 52 euros, shipping costs 25 .. that ratio is totally wrong.
The question regarding shipping concerns also that I received a neat message from another seller that the package was in the post, I also miss that here at all .. there is no sign of life and that is allowed if you tap 25 euros.

Allereerst zou ik contact opnemen met de veilingmeester die het kavel heeft begeleid. Hij is het eerste aanspreekpunt en fungeert ook als intermediair tussen koper en verkoper.

Bij 25€ neem ik aan dat de Verkoper voor jouw in het Buitenland zit?
de 26/6 Betaald de Verkoper kijkt de 27/6 Do in zin Postbus Artikel betaald hij pakt het Vrijdag of het Weekend in verstuurd Maandag dan heeft hij zich netjes aan de 3 Dagen gehouden(Zondag telt niet bij de Post)komt het inderdaad uit het Buitenland dan kan het er de 3/7 nog niet zijn een Week is daar niets
Is het binnen je eigen Land verstuurd worden is de 3/4 als alles perfect loopt Snel.

Het is nadrukkelijk niet de bedoeling dat veilingverkopers hun commissie compenseren door krankzinnige verzendkosten te vragen.
Volgens de Catawikiveilingspelregels heb je daarom het recht om het teveel betaald aan verzendkosten terug te krijgen.
Auction sellers are explicitly not supposed to offset their commission by charging insane shipping costs.
According to the Catawiki Auction Rules, you therefore have the right to get a refund of the overpaid shipping costs.
25€ Binnen NL voor zo iets kleins is Woeker bij zulke verkopers Koop ik in principe niet al is het Item nog zo aantrekkelijk melden bij de Veilingmeester!
Niet iedereen mail`t helaas als iets verzonden is trouwens als het aangekommen is hoor je ook vaak niets

@ Baronselderie & allen : het gaat hier niet om een klein object maar iets groot, zwaar en zeer kwetsbaars dat nu eenmaal hogere verzend- en handlingskosten met zich meebrengt. Niets aan de hand dus.

Om nog even terug te komen op de verzendkosten:
Wat VeilingmeesterM tegen me zei was dat de verzendkosten zo hoog waren omdat de verkoper het inpakwerk laat doen door personeel, dat kost ook geld alsmede een koeriersdienst welke ook knaken kost..het bedrag à 25 euro zou dus niet eens uitkunnen.
Feit is dat ik zelf een lijstenmakerij/kunsthandel heb en dus ervaring heb in het verzenden van o.a. lijsten (ik reken bij verzending overigens alleen de verzendkosten.)
Zo ingewikkeld en duur is 't niet om een lijst te verzenden.
Betreffende lijst, aldus de advertentie is 55x66 cm. Niet echt groot en kan met grote eenvoud verzonden worden met TNT of een andere landelijke aanbieder.
Er is e.e.a. gezegd over het feit dat men de verzendkosten niet mag ophogen om een lage verkoopprijs te compenseren, maar op zo'n manier als bovenstaand genoemd kan je werkelijk alles wel rechtpraten.
Zo zou ik ook verzendkosten à 40 euro in rekening kunnen brengen..'t is maar net hoe goed je kan lullen en creatief kan denken/rekenen.
Voorbeeldje: 20 minuten v.v. naar postkantoor à 20 euro, verz.kosten 6,75 euro, verpakkingsmateriaal 4,70 euro, inpaktijd 10 minuten=10 euro en dan zit je al over de 40 euro..dan kan je er op rekenen dat je nooit weer een klant ziet als je zo te werk gaat!
Ik hou er over op, het is geregeld en ik kan 't werk toevallig in m'n woonplaats (i.p.v Arnhem) ophalen en de 25 eurie verzendkosten komen retour.
Admins/veilingmeesters e.a.: nogmaals dank voor de uitleg, moeite enz. enz.

What VeilingmeesterM against I told me that the shipping costs were so high because the seller has the packing work done by staff, that also costs money as well as a courier service which also costs money .. the amount of 25 euros would not even be able to cope.
The fact is that I I have a frame maker / art dealer myself and therefore have experience in sending frames (I only charge the shipping costs for shipping.)
It is not that complicated and expensive to send a frame.

Er is hier sprake van een misverstand. Alleen de daadwerkelijke portokosten en een kleine toeslag voor daadwerkelijk uitgegeven verpakkingskosten van maximaal € 1,50 mogen in rekening worden gebracht.
Door de veelvoud van tarieven gehanteerd door verschillende transporteurs en de vele landen waar onze verkopers en kopers wonen, is het onmogelijk hier een allesomvattende tabel voor te maken. Daarom geldt de regel dat eventueel teveel betaalde verzendkosten t.o.v. de daadwerkelijk verzendkosten, teruggeclaimd kunnen worden bij de verkoper.
