Because that is someone who knows a little about it and can, in principle, buy them all.

Could you perhaps indicate why you think some are in demand and which albums they are? Comics worth a lot are generally old 30 years +), 1st edition and in perfect condition.

In your case, albums with loose pages, notes or other highly visible damage and younger than 10 years are covered. no longer wanted in the category for years.

http://www.catawiki.nl/catalogus / comics / series-heroes / suske-en-wiske / 27049-the-star-pickers

Is this really about this album? also pay attention to the back, etc.

Are the other parts also from this series?

Maybe for this one

http://www.catawiki.nl/catalogus/strips/series-helden/suske-en-wiske/27231-de- Sterrenplukkers?area=fb944768c35206ac85202561560c53ec28d5f010#open

It's not my cup of tea, but even the first four-color editions don't go for 2 quarters if they're in very good condition.

Again it's better for everyone (not everyone has to guess which one is meant) to go to a comic book store first. If necessary with a selection from the collection. This is really not going to work out.

I provide a link and ask if it is exactly the same. I don't really understand that negative attitude, if I want to make an effort to help that lady? Ignore this topic and have some fun!

This is really not going to work out this way

Morits @

and if I read it that way not much yield reasonable, not great, crumpled up, the real enthusiasts and collectors (and they are getting less) only want top, the comics are going in the same direction as with coinage stamps and certainly those in fair condition, thanks to the handy phone. ´s en co

but a remote diagnosis is not possible

This is not a negative comment, that lady has absolutely no knowledge of comics, then you cannot get there by simply mentioning a title and then thinking that everyone can find that copy just like that. Certainly not when there are numerous reprints.

And you don't have to tell me what to do ... that's a completely unnecessary and unkind remark. My comment that Madam is better off going to a comic book store is way better than any guesswork here in this topic. Especially if that lady has a lot of comics. You don't want to treat every comic book this way, do you?

Thank you all for your nice advice.

Try to take and send pictures

Comics that have been read cannot be in a new condition, they are also by others read.

greetings

I have to agree with Morits and the Baron. It is not possible to do a remote diagnosis with the limited information we have.

She will have to search the catalog herself or take the albums to an expert.

Getting a valuation by the auctioneers will also be difficult because they are in the same boat as us ...

Before that, I called to ask if someone from Catawiki couldn't come to me and check it out myself. Is an option, I thought, because even though I know about and send photos on it, it is and remains a dubious thing

The albums you describe sound like albums, in reasonable condition, from the period 1975-1990 ..

This, I am afraid, is not enough to make the mountain go to the prophet ...

So I fear it will have to be reversed ...

Try it here pack a backpack or bag full of what you think is an average worth (compare in the Catalog but remember prices are not a law of Medes and Persians) especially in fair condition!

if you want to sell, you really have to work yourself and don't just stare blindly at the Auction.
