After some discussion we are happy with it.
We use the naming convention of comicpriceguide!
Finally clarity.
But there are quite a few comics / series that are still listed in the catalog.
Is it an idea to mention them in this topic? So that administrators can change these names?
It seems to me necessary to curb the “proliferation” that is now in place as soon as possible and to give the comics in the catalog a good name.

With s in between, comicspriceguide.com
I usually do them when I review or what I am presented with, everything at once does not work (anymore).

Are we going to use additions to the album set, such as TPB and Luxe?
A disadvantage is that this results in 2 to 3 times as many album series.
Please enter Sin City in the Catawiki search bar. Due to the additions the number of album series is (too) large…
What do you think?

Of course we will continue to distinguish types in the album series. We are not going to switch the entire catalog :). In your example Sin City, there are still a few errors in it (with English behind it), so a few more are dropped, but even then the number of album series is definitely not (too) large, but very clear.

Thanks to the positive response from Pellucidar, I will mention the additions tpb, hc etc .. I agree that it will be easier to understand ..
@ Pellucidar:
The sin city album series with English in addition appears from the English publisher Titan. So good, I think ... but thanks for your attention.

I assume that we may also adjust entered series? example: There is a series called 1963 . A parody of the marvel series. as it now appears on Catawiki, each part has been entered as a separate series. while it is 1 mini-series. Just look for Mystery incorporated. awkward and not according to comicpriceguide

The series Tarzan, the king of the jungle cannot be found under Tarzan, only under the name King of the jungle.
Can you not change this series in its entirety to “Tarzan, king of the jungle” , so that this series can also be found under Tarzan?

@ Pitske,
64 volumes of Tibor, hero of the Jungle, have appeared in the Netherlands. 19 volumes in 1963 and 45 volumes in 1964.
NB: You probably knew the above info yourself. I viewed your message through recent posts. Between your two messages was Watch1 asking for years. Hence… ......

@Pitske: you can find both album series via the series (resp. Tarzan van de apes and Tibor)? Then you will see the series in the album series in the left column.

Yes, but you have to do a good search first to find that they are under tarzan of the apes on the left. If you click on tarzan under series fence, I would expect different series on the left, but nothing there. In album series there is also nothing under Tarzan. Tarzan classics includes the classic series. They can be found, but only by gambling and sometimes clicking a lot. I had already found them, but my proposal is to make the search for collectors more logical. If instead of “Tarzan of the apes” you would enter “Tarzan king of the djungle” for series, does this pose a problem for users' collections and shops?

I think those strips at Tarzan should be merged with Tarzan of the monkeys. That is indeed confusing now.

Akim series 1 were the first 8 songs under Akim 1st series in album series, the rest in series heroes 1st series. I have added the first 8 to the rest under series of heroes. Akim’s new adventures (= 4th series) are listed once under series of heroes (left) and once under album series. Are they duplicate in that case?

Maybe I am not familiar enough with the site yet, but my collection is already a mess:
Walter Lehning editions:
Akim: under series of heroes click on Akim = akim hero of the jungle; the rest I have to look for album series, but then I have to know where: they are under 1st series, 3rd series, new adventures and king of the jungle.
If I click on Falk under album series, I get 1 series from Falk to see. The rest is under series heroes at Falk. Surely this should be easier to understand by always adding the name of the hero to the series name when entering?

Akim 1st series should be “Akim, the hero of the jungle”
Akim 3rd series should be “(Akim), king of the jungle”. Unfortunately, Akim is not mentioned on the booklet itself.

The Captain America series 1963-1996 (USA) should be changed to The Captain America series 1963-1996, 2009-present.

English we do not use Andre, in American the abbreviation is USA and in English (GB) the abbreviation is UK. Both between ().

And Vol. We don't use 1 either, the first series of a series is automatically Vol. 1 without stating it.

Someone in front of me, a few had already been entered, used English. It should be idd USA , but I would go through the line anyway, if an administrator can change that, please.
Furthermore, I already see Vol 1 for the first series everywhere. Americans just don't fill out Vol 1 if only one volume has been released. We Dutch also take over this and then you have a good distinction.
So:
Soulfire (English) & gt; Soulfire Vol 1 2003 - 2009 (USA)
Soulfire Vol 2 (English) & gt; Soulfire Vol 2 2009 - Today (USA)
The rest including English & gt; USA

I can edit it, but now couldn't tell if it was English or American comics. Maybe you want to email me?
The appointment is therefore without Vol. 1, the first series is automatically Vol.1, where it still says it is wrong.

From the series Thor 1966-present (USA) the numbers from 622 can be called Journey into Mystery (1952-66, 1996-98,2011).

Marvel turns everything around once again.

I'd like to help, but don't you think we'd better wait to include Aliens vs Predator until the hero Predator is added to the related releases?
