Comic books/Lucky Luke Dick Digger's gold mine11 messages

Mijn Robbedoes 21 album aan het doorlezen, ook het 1e Lucky Luke verhaal. Ik heb qua album slechts een herdruk uit 1970, waar de 2 bladzijden Gags Lucky Luke en Jollie Jumper niet meer zijn opgenomen. Blijkbaar wel in de 1e druk uit 1950.

In de herdruk van 1970 zie ik dat 1 pagina van goudmijn ook is weggelaten. Maar wellicht staat deze wel in de 1e druk en/of vroege herdrukken. Ingeval iemand de 1e druk heeft laat aub weten . 

De betreffende pagina heb ik geplaatst als knipsel

omdat bij het Robbedoes album 21 al de aankondiging van het eerste Lucky Luke verhaal staat.    Zie 46084

Ik zal wat verzamelaars een bericht sturen of zij willen kijken.

Reading through my Spirou 21 album, also the 1st Lucky Luke story. In terms of album, I only have a reprint from 1970, where the 2 pages of Gags Lucky Luke and Jollie Jumper are no longer included. Apparently in the 1st edition from 1950.

In the 1970 reprint I see that 1 page of gold mine has also been omitted. But it may well be in the 1st edition and/or early reprints. If anyone has the 1st edition please let me know.

Info mainly from the Matla catalog (9th edition): With the reprint of 'Dick Diggers goldmine', plate 7 disappeared from the title story and plate 49 from 'The double of Lucky Luke'. This was not a long story. Morris initially numbered the records continuously. The 2 records of 'Lucky Luke and his horse Jolly Jumper' were transferred to the album 'Arizona'.

For the sake of completeness. Plate 105 on the back of 104 was not published at all. This one is in 'L'univers de Morris' just like the two other missing slides, but they are so small that you cannot read them. According to what I understand they are also in the new Luck Luke integral but I have not been able to check that.

Continuous numbering of the records continued until 566. The last record of 'De Rechter'.

Remco: thanks for finding out !! I change my previous entry of the missing page and am looking for Spirou album where the missing page 49 will be able to enter it in the catalog in due course. The information that you describe so nicely can, if the administrators think it is okay, as extra information with comments on the 1st edition and possibly also the 2nd edition from 1969. 4340281

Arco, I hope the malfunction can be resolved quickly, had also seen it but thought it had to do with processing time. Can I change Dick Digger's notes as suggested?

Explanations are always fine, if correct. (;-) But we don't do comic book clippings at Other. In fact, we never do comic book clippings.

You're right, I thought it would be nice to show such an omitted page. So someone can disapprove the input and I will not put this kind of information in the Forum anymore, nor will I put any illegal input. Furthermore, I cannot judge whether Matla is correct.

We are simply a catalog and not a museum. (;-) But why not post such things on the forum anymore, then? I think this was not known to everyone ...

Look Arco, I had no other option to publish that one page, so disapproval is no problem, I don't want to bother administrators by having to reject an entry. That is why I quit, without being able to show a picture, such a forum post does not make sense and you are not waiting for that in the way I have presented it. No problem.

Thanks in advance for the research. This was also unknown to me.

Of course you always have the option to add that page as a third image, but if it concerns more pages you will get stuck there again.

Who will put this information in a nice background page ?

Book warehouse, don't even think about putting the info in a background page, you can also store photos there. No time now next year. Of course someone else can do it too. Happy holidays to all!
