I own a book entitled "Hot-Jazz-Stove" by the author Ostendorf, Nora. Publisher "De Steenuil" Amsterdam. 1936(?)

There is no way to find the existence of this book on the internet. Therefore, here is the description as complete as possible:
Bound in cloth, 190 pp. Printed at "NV Drukkerij West-Friesland" Hoorn.
Subtitle" Girl's book for the modern teenage fish"
On the last page (page 190) the text is printed:
WILLY, Bussum, April 1936

That is why I assume that it is at least from 1936 or earlier.

Who knows more about it?

Tom

You could start by entering the book into the catalog, with front and back scans. Maybe someone will recognize it.

Greeting,

Tom

The story was serialized in Het Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad in 1938

Hey jilles, That is at least a start! So there is apparently also a book, on which the serial was probably based? Will upload pictures etc. tomorrow ..

I have put the book in the catalog!

Catalog number: 5224235

The photos were taken with a camera and not completely true to life. The yellow light here and there comes from a lamp (don't have a scanning device)

I'm curious about your response! and any suggestion for the catalog value.

Tom

Nora Ostendorf is also at least responsible for the book Fladderita ( JHC van Coevorden 1939).
