Comic books/Who knows....?11 messages

Hello,

I recently started collecting comic books again. When adding series that I already had, I ran into that a certain number of those series is less readily available than another number, or that a number is a lot more expensive. Sometimes I can come up with an explanation for it, sometimes not. Sometimes there is a statement in the catalog (see eg Thorgal hc part 17). I am curious about your experiences and possible explanations. I hereby give some examples with my possible explanation:

• Franka sc part 16: first edition at new publisher?
• Schemerwoude sc part 11: ditto?
• Comanche sc part 15: ditto?
• The valiant knight sc part 20: ditto?
• Jugurtha sc part 16: ditto?
• The worlds of thorgal, kriss of valnor hc part 1:?

dat bedoel ik ook niet. Ik bedoel dat de Franka 16 veel duurder, en daarom denk ik ook een veel kleinere oplage is dan bijvoorbeeld nr. 17 of de eerste druk van nr. 15. Wat ik bedoel is dat die boeken ten opzichte van de rest van de serie een stuk duurder zijn en ik ben wel benieuwd naar de oorzaak ervan.

I don't mean that either. I mean that the Franka 16 is much more expensive, and that is why I think it is a much smaller edition than, for example, No. 17 or the first edition of No. 15. What I mean is that those books compared to the rest of the series are a lot are more expensive and I am curious about the cause.

Jeremiah 17 HC has never been released regularly! It was then a low point in the sales numbers of HC in the Dutch language.

Jeremiah volume 17 first came out in hardcover so was probably bought by softcover collectors as well. The same money now for the comic strip early thorgal the eye of Odin. First came out in HC and is now only for sale 2 times, so traders take your chance (lol)

Kris van Valnor hc: first part so you don't know yet whether it will be a success or not . So it was!

Thorgal HC part 29: has been sold 2 more times in the last two weeks, but is indeed becoming scarce.

The comanche editions were also lower. + not reprinted.

Als het goed is heeft CataWiki een systeem dat alle getallen omgezet worden in Catalogus nummers, althans dat had het in ieder geval. Dus als je bijvoorbeeld nummer 23523 intypt, maakt CataWiki er automatisch een link can.Wat ook kan is met de muiswijzer op de link gaan staan en dan bij een pc op de rechtermuisknop drukken en bij de MAC geloof ik op ctrl en muisklik op appeltje + muisklik. Kies vervolgens uit het menu dat dan verschijnt de keuze linkadres kopiëren. Ga dan naar het forum en schrijf je bericht, selecteer een tekst/nummer uit je tekst en klik op de paperclip bovenaan je tekst. Een extra invoerscherm verschijnt en druk dan op ctrl-v of cmd-v en daarmee plak je de link. Klik op ok en voilà!

If all goes well, CataWiki has a system that converts all numbers into Catalog numbers, or so it had. So if you type in number 23523 , CataWiki automatically creates a link can.
