Surely that cannot be the intention if all customers still want to convert their negative feedback into a positive one?

I would like to see the possibility to change the feedback at any time. That's fair. There can be 1001 reasons for a shop not to be able to deliver due to force majeure, for example.

Barely survived the accident. Skull base, heavy internal bleeding, 1 ear and 1 vestibular organ disabled for good. Spent some time in the ICU. Actually, I shouldn't have been there for a long time. For example, survived three and a half hours on two and a half liters of blood, in shock. Normally this is not possible.

Anyway, I am still here and I am functioning reasonably well again. Cannot work yet and do not have expensive disability insurance as a self-employed person. So I would like to expand my shopping activities, also out of necessity. Have thousands more items to put in my shop.

I discussed everything with my dissatisfied customers and they understand the situation very much. So want to convert the negative feedback into positive.
