The mail provider had received sent mail back and therefore it was marked as inactive. From now on, the email address is again accessible for transaction emails from LastDodo.

I have the same for, I have already missed a number of sales. It's hard for me to go to my shop every day to see if there are orders, I don't have that many items for sale right now. In my settings I went to see, everything is checked in green. I did receive an email from 1 buyer, but it was also in my spam box.

The e-mail address that is now in Settings was indeed no longer sent because a previous e-mail from us was marked as spam by you.

Sending e-mails is now possible again activated.
