I just wanted to create a shop invoice using the Catawiki system, but ran into the following problem.

My adjustments in the "Payment instructions" block of my shop settings are not transferred to the prepare invoice. Instead, Catawiki will copy my old text Payment Instructions in the invoice.

After filling in the shipping costs for the order, Catawiki will also display my old (and incorrect) text of the payment instruction under the order history.

Apparently Catawiki is not currently updating the shop settings changes.

Can this be checked?

Just an addition to the problem.

I just found out that changes in the following sections of "My Shop Settings" will not be modified / implemented.

  • "Information about your shop - English:"
  • "Information about shipping costs - English:"
  • "Information about your delivery conditions - Dutch:"
  • This may immediately be taken into account when resolving no changes to changes to payment instructions.

    It is impossible for me to get my new address on the invoice. My old address will remain there?

    billing address changed and billing field completed.

    When filling in the invoice you can fill in a field - Personal text for invoice email (optional) Unfortunately, after filling in this field, this will not be displayed on the final invoice.

    Can this be solved?
