The link 'my sold lots' leads me to 'my shop'. Is this right? I'm not sure because I don't remember using that link before.

Yes, because the final sale goes through your shop - See orders received - shipped.

no, it says lots , no shop sales. A sold lot does not go through any shop, because users without a shop also have this problem.

These are therefore also not received orders.

To my knowledge it looks different for users who also have or had a shop.

I do see that after a lot of searching an item is in my sold items list, but that is not what the link is aiming for. If you have made several hundred sales through the shop then you are looking for an accident to find your auction sale ... that does not seem to me to be the intention of that link, otherwise you might as well remove that link, because only creates confusion.

Isn't it true that as a user of the Collectors platform you see two tabs at the top? Like with 'my purchases'?

Via My shop you can get an overview of all Incoming orders.
Then you can only search by Order number, Name, City or email.

So you cannot search shop history to see which items you have previously sold.

In the past, there has been a call for some sort of management page for shops, including auction sales. This has a lot of added value for sellers, but apparently this is not a priority for the programmers and therefore no time is planned for it.

With me. Auction sales are listed: Shipped items with the title: Lot 33: Storm .....

That the link suggests otherwise is a second

It is really very simple: if the link has been given the name "my sold lots" then I should also be able to find my sold lots directly below it. Not a link to my shop with the underlying assignment "find it out for yourself". That is very user-unfriendly ...

That is what I wanted to say here, but apparently that is not well received either ... unfortunately.

And yes, I know that there is no or at least very little capacity for this kind of thing, but removing a link that does nothing is not rocket science, just adjust the screen.

Apparently after the intervention at the shops, not all links work properly anymore.

Via My Catawiki / My sold lots, you will (as Morits also says) go to My shop.

Via My profile / My auction lots, you will get an overview of all your old lots. Here you can search for specific items.

But you cannot (as requested) search for items sold through the shop.

@Morits

Why do you think your question is not well received? Isn't it seriously addressed? I am not an auction provider, so I cannot replicate your situation.

I just had it tested by someone with auction rights and Morits is indeed going wrong. Are we going to correct?

The intention is that via the path 'my catawiki - my lots sold' the paid orders become visible (so that they can be set to 'sent' and paid out by Catawiki), and if there are none, the orders sent, etc. At Morits he flips to his shop instead of sent orders.

Not only at Morits, probably at any shop that also sells at the auctions.

oh yes Arco, would you like to see what happens if someone doesn't have a shop, but does have auction sales. I received a message from Sasje that he also saw something strange, I don't know exactly what, I think from his homepage.

Anyone who does not have a shop should see exactly the same thing, but then it is of course only lots. They also use the shop infrastructure that we have known for years.

In the meantime, it has been decided internally that we are going to fine-tune some things, such as no longer showing 'my shop' in the profile if there is no shop on the Collectors platform. Happy with it!

@collectioneur: of course! But only for people who no longer have paid lots.
