Recently (and yes, more than 24 hours ago) deleted some items from my shop. These are indeed no longer marked as for sale in the catalog (are not in the list for sale and no line under the basket). And I have also received the well-known confirmation emails.

But when I look in my shop itself, they are still 'in the list' there. And they also just pop up when I search by keyword. Only when I try to open or change such an item do I get the oops, not found message. On the other hand, when I press the delete button, the system doesn't budge and reacts as if the item is just being deleted (sometimes for the tenth time). However, they just remain in the list.

I have removed both bulk and single things, but that doesn't seem to make any difference to the result (the bug's occurrence). And it concerns comics as well as books, so it is not category dependent either.

Sorry, but I don't see any improvement. And I really mean zero, everything is still there.

Even when I log out and go to my shop as a visitor, I still see them. Fortunately, putting it in the shopping cart gives an oops, but this is really not nice.

The top 12 from this list for example should all be gone because they were deleted by me.

Could these books be in the "Stockroom" with stock = 0? This also happens with my books that are in stock = 0 in my shop. At the time, this was introduced in a few shops as an option for managing your shop stock

I don't have that kind of shop (in my opinion). I have also not adjusted numbers. I just pressed "delete" (single and bulk).

Just deleted two more items.

One by opening the first item and clicking the red cross- & gt; item is gone as it should be

One by pressing delete in the overview- & gt; bug! item is only half gone and still listed

On the advice of Arco, we are posting the problem below in this thread.

In our shop, 4 comic items remain visible that we no longer offer for sale.

Fortunately, they cannot be ordered ("Oops... not found. Sorry, this item is no longer for sale"). but we also cannot remove them from our shop ourselves.

We've dealt with this before and Catawiki resolved it by manually removing items from our shop. (See our previous posting dated 25-12-2014 in thread http://forum.catawiki.nl/forums/37-problems-met-de-site/topics/8751-items-verkocht-weer-in-shop?page =1#post_159405 ).

Can someone from Catawiki help us remove these 4 items from the shop?

thanks in advance

Greetings,

Trigopolis

I have temporarily closed my shop but now there is another item in it that I once sold in the past.

I don't have this item anymore but can't remove it and when I click on it it says that the item is not for sale.

Someone an idea how this can be removed.

This concerns item 990411

Thank you in advance.

Probably overlooked in the jungle of many forum posts....

Can someone from Catawiki comment on our post dated 24-06-15 and that of Alberts Postage dated 06-07-15 that items that are no longer for sale remain visible in the shop and cannot be removed?

No rush, as long as we know if it will be picked up..

Thanks in advance!

Greetings,

Trigopolis

@Arco cq Catawiki team

Just an addition:

At the moment we have temporarily closed our shop due to holidays.

The 4 comic items that we cannot remove from our shop are (remain) visible now.

Maybe this will make it a bit easier to solve the problem.

@Arco cq. Catawiki Team

Spotted a weird bug where Catawiki sells items from my collection: '(

How this issue can occur: If a product you have for sale in your shop, is moved to your own collection (while a buyer apparently already has this product stored in their shopping cart).

Analyze CW-order 3507921 please:
Step 1) Have a new test account placed an article from my shop in shopping cart.
Step 2) Logged out with test account. Logged in with my real account
Step 3) Item moved from shop to collection.
Step 4) Wait 15 minutes.
Step 5) Back logged in with test account, shopping cart still shows product and I can just order it!

NB I performed the above test steps within 1 hour.
However, with items that I moved from shop to collection more than a week ago, this problem also occurred. Send a private message if you want that order number for analysis.

MVG,
VlietSchiedam

@VlietSchiedam

If you look at the product in the shopping cart of your test account, it indeed SEEMS as if it can be ordered. But when you click on the product, the text below should be mentioned in bold shaded letters:

"Unfortunately, this item is no longer available for sale".

It is best not to move items from your shop to your collection, but to remove them first and then add them again as a new item to your collection. Then it is immediately indicated in shopping carts that the item is no longer for sale.

Hopefully this has solved your problem.

Greetings

Trigopolis

@Trigopolis
DOES NOT SEEM, one can just create a purchase agreement by pressing order in the shopping cart ........

Thank you for suggesting to remove the item and then add it again. Are there perhaps more functionalities about shops that it is better not to use?

@VlietSchiedam

We have also simulated some things here and you are right ...... an order can still be placed. This despite the statement that it is no longer for sale.

In our opinion, this was not possible in the past and that is indeed a very disturbing problem that should be solved.

Hopefully Arco will read this topic carefully again and will pass it on to Catawiki to have it resolved.

Another shop functionality that you should not use is changing the prices of the items in your shop. If someone already has that product in their shopping cart before you changed the price, the old price will remain in the shopping cart and it can be ordered at that old price. There will therefore be no updating of the prices in the shopping carts.

The following also applies: first remove a product from your shop and then add it again with the new price.

Let's hope that Catawiki will solve the problem soon.

Greetings,

Trigopolis

Just as well as you can move nix from your collection to your shop, you have to perform each action separately ... that's never different been

Huh? Since 2008, you can simply switch any item from anything (shop, collection, search list) to anything. Why could that never have happened, Morits? Or do you use Catawiki Light? (;-)

@Arco Can you also put it on the work list

If you take an item from your shop and put it up for auction, the item will not be removed from your shop while you will be notified that this would happen

This is only with the item you create the lot with not with items you add to an existing lot

It has already caused the problem for me that someone purchase item while on auction
