I normally receive an email from Catawiki when ordering 'there is an order ...'

Apparently I no longer receive it, the orders are in my shop, but I am not notified. .. am I doing something wrong (setting?) or will Catawiki no longer send this ..

I have had this problem with the Stripschrift shop for a long time, resulting in dissatisfied buyers. According to Catawiki, they will be shipped, so you will soon be done talking. They are also not in a spam box or something ...

As we speak I see a new order that I did not know about ... (;-)

Since I changed my email address in my profile I also have this problem. I no longer receive emails from orders, nor from feedback.

If it can be solved it would be great.

Apparently not all messages are blocked .. only the important ones, that I have to fulfill an order: p. I do receive forum answers nicely.

I'm going to check my email settings ... but they won't get into my spam box either.

The forum runs autonomously and does not depend on the regular mail system. That will be the reason that those messages are treated differently.
