Hello,

I recently added some items. When I go to my collection, they are there as recently added, but they are not in my collection, nor in the catalog.

And if I delete an item from an artist, it is item is gone, but the artist still says that there is still 1 in my collection.

Who can help me?

The record manager may have disapproved some of the items you entered because they are already in the catalog.

You should have received an email about this.

Do you have a concrete example, because I do not see any rejected items in your name and I can find the recently added plates in your collection

I had it with about 5 Alice cooper singles, including "under my wheels".

Not in the catalog, but I had it in my recent additions.

Under my wheels is simply in the catalog.

Here you can find him

The entry went well and I see this single in your collection ...

Very weird, because I still can't find it in my collection. There are only 2 in it.

I really don't see it in the catalog either.

I first go to the catalog, then to LPs and singles, then to the letter C, and i click on alice cooper. Am I doing something wrong?

Click on the A (from Alice Cooper, not from Cooper, Alice)

The problem is of course that it is the name of both a band and a person.
