Geen bezwaar tegen meteen in verzameling zetten, maar ik zou dat dan wel optioneel houden (vinkje). Voor mij is dat een ander moment dan uit de zoeklijst halen, omdat ik dat tegelijk doe met (meestal later) invoeren in mijn eigen verzamelprogramma. De zoeklijst wil ik echter z.s.m. bijwerken om dubbele aankopen te vermijden.

Het werkt nu inderdaad zo dat je altijd een melding krijgt als het item te koop komt, onafhankelijk van de conditie. Je zou die melding dan graag alleen willen krijgen als de conditie minimaal gelijk is aan wat je op je zoeklijst hebt aangegeven, denk ik?

Tja, dan moet ik mijn zoeklijst ver-drie-dubbelen ... Eigenlijk zou er, voor het plaatsen in de zoeklijst, een 4de optie beschikbaar moeten zijn: 'Maakt niet uit'.
Verzamelaars van het type hamster, zoals ik, vullen de gaatjes op. En het maakt niet uit of dat met een gestempelde, ongebruikte, MNH of CTO zegel is. Meestal verzamelen we dubbel. Als ik al de gestempelde versie heb, en ik kan de postfrisse bemachtigen, dan gaan die beiden in de verzameling. Maar de eerste opvuller, wat ook de conditie is, is oke. Dan wordt niet meer (intensief) gezocht naar die zegel en mag die uit de zoeklijst verdwijnen.
Voor dedicated verzamelaars (moet postfris zijn, of moet gestempeld zijn) maakt het uiteraard een groot verschil als je echt passende berichten krijgt. Voor hamsters niet.
En dan is er nog het CTO verhaal. Verzamelaars van echt-gelopen-gestempelde willen geen CTO. Maar CTO is eigenlijk ook afgestempeld ... Soms gecamoufleerd (gom afgeweekt) maar meestal wel duidelijk merkbaar indien het een CTO exemplaar is (was). Ik kan me goed inbeelden, als iemand een gestempelde postzegel koopt, en hij krijgt een afgeweekte CTO in zijn pollen gedraaid, dat deze er niet echt gelukkig van wordt.

Hamster-type collectors, like me, fill in the gaps. And it does not matter whether it is with a canceled, unused, MNH or CTO stamp. Usually we collect double. Then there is no (intensive) search for that stamp and it may disappear from the search list.
For dedicated collectors (must be MNH, or must be canceled) it obviously makes a big difference if you really receive appropriate messages. Not for hamsters.
And then there is the CTO story. Real-walked-stamp collectors don't want a CTO. But CTO is actually also stamped ... Sometimes camouflaged (gum soaked) but usually clearly noticeable if it is (was) a CTO copy. I can well imagine, if someone buys a canceled stamp, and he gets a devastated CTO in his pollen, that it does not really make him happy.
