als verkoper is me iets opgevallen, en ik denk dat het de moeite is dat de mensen van catawiki hier bij stil staan:

Ik zal uitgaan van mijn eigen voorbeeld:

concreet: ik bied een item aan op een veiling en dit wordt tegen de prijs X verkocht. Ik ben pro , wat inhoudt dat de koper binnen de 14 dagen teruggaverecht heeft, dus de koper kan na ontvangst als nog beslissen de verkoop te annuleren

tot zover niets mis

maar in de situatie dat tijdens een veiling , die direct naar de vorige valt waar ik mijn item gekocht heb wordt exact het zelfde item aangeboden door iemand anders. Het gaat twee keer om een item met een minimumprijs.

Ik bemerk hier een nadelige situatie voor mij, namelijk. Wat houdt de koper van mijn item tegen om ook te bieden op hetzelfde item (dat geveild wordt binnen de 14 dagen termijn), en als de situatie zo is dat de koper van mijn item het andere item kan kopen tegen een lagere prijs. 

In dit geval kan de koper, omdat die geen reden van teruggave moet hebben ,  willekeurig kiezen wel item hij of zij koopt, natuurlijk het goedkoopste.

In dit geval zal het item van mij teruggestuurd moeten worden, maar hierbij loop ik kans op schade , verlies tijdens transport , een koper die niet professioneel inpakt zoals ik doe of een koper die de zending niet laat verzekeren, zoals ik doe.

Dit is dus een situatie die volgens mij de CW wordt gecreeerd door te beslissen om dezelfde items aan te bieden tijdens een veiling die rechtstreeks volgt op de vorige , en nog binnen de 14 dagen termijn valt.

Is mogelijk dit de oplossing: CW zorgt er voor dat er geen gelijke items mogen geveild worden in 2 opeenvolgende veilingen. Er wordt een marge gehouden , opdat hetzelfde item niet opnieuw kan geveild worden omwille van bovenstaande reden

but in the situation that during an auction, which falls directly to the previous one where I bought my item, the exact same item is offered by someone else. It is an item with a reserve price twice.

I notice here a detrimental situation for me viz. What is stopping the buyer of my item from also bidding on the same item (which will be auctioned within the 14 day time limit), and if the situation is such that the buyer of my item can buy the other item at a lower price.

In this case, because the buyer must have no reason for return, the buyer can choose at random which item he or she buys, of course the cheapest.

In this case, the item will have to be returned from me, but I run the risk of damage, loss during transport, a buyer who does not pack professionally as I do or a buyer who does not insure the shipment, as I do.

So this is a situation that I think the CW is created by deciding to offer the same items in an auction that directly follows the previous one, and is still within the 14 day period.

Is this possible the solution: CW ensures that no identical items may be auctioned in 2 consecutive auctions. A margin is kept so that the same item cannot be auctioned again for the above reason
