Onder de rubriek speelgoedsoldaatjes zijn foto's bij de objecten geplaatst welke foto's van foto's zijn uit een catalogus van derden. Volgens mij is het bij Catawiki toch de bedoeling dat de verzamelaars de objecten welke zij in bezit hebben op Catawiki zetten en er een foto bij zetten van het object dat zij in hun bezit hebben.
Bovendien ben je dan toch in overtreding in verband met de auteursrechten die op deze foto's zitten ? (Art.16b, auteurswet)
