Hello,

Under the toy soldiers section photos have been placed with the objects, which are photos of photos from a catalog of third parties. In my opinion, at Catawiki it is the intention that the collectors put the objects they own on Catawiki and add a photo of the object they have in their possession.

Moreover, are you still in violation of the copyrights on these photos? (Art.16b, Copyright)

Please reply.

That is certainly not the intention. Please send me a message (can be done via my profile page) with info exactly what it is all about. Then we will do something about it.

For example, in games I also come across the text that the photos are taken from a catalog or a website. Should that comment be removed from the details?

No, you should leave that in all cases.

If use is with permission, such as in the case of 1473007 , the comment is normal attribution.

If the use is without permission, the photo must be removed, but those cases are easier to detect with than without comments.
