apparently I have a different idea of the term POSTCARDS.

I see all kinds of things here, but not real postcards, as the term is meant to be

A postcard gives a picture of a place or city, but not like all kinds of artistic shapes on maps, that has nothing to do with postcards!

That's true,

then postcards or postcards would be a better name, but it is better not to post that complaint in the Postcards forum ??????

The other Wiki: A postcard (also postcard or print postcard ) is a card with an image . In the early days, at the end of nineteenth century , it was also called view map . This immediately explains the term: it is a card with a face or a picture in front. The word is also an abbreviation of the German Ansichts (post) karte .

Also "Kramer" and "van Dale" speak of a picture postcard and do not specify what should be on it.

This was also discussed in the admin forum a year ago.
Ihagee's opinion prevails with more people.

Others think that everything with a picture can be called a postcard.
Wikipedia, for example, thinks the same about this .

Not that everything on Wikipedia is true, but it does indicate that opinions are divided on this.

We do want to keep them together for practical reasons.
The only thing that can be considered is a different name for the section, but that will most likely have consequences for Catawiki's rating on Google.
There must be an urgent reason for this, and frankly, there is none.

Edit, Jilles just got ahead of me, and "that's it"
