Ik ben nieuw hier op Catawiki en heb een vraag over de verkoop van een, in mijn geval, comic. Ik heb een comic aangeboden, deze is ook besteld door een potentiële koper.
Mijn vraag is nu, ik heb de status van de bestelling op "factuur verzonden" gezet. Heb in de bestelling gegevens bijgewerkt (o.a. verzendkosten en aangegeven naar wel rekeningnummer het geld overgemaakt mag worden). Moet ik de koper nu ook nog een factuur per mail of post sturen? Of kan hij de info halen uit de bestelstatus?

Vanuit Amerika kan de koper via overschrijving betalen, moet de koper je bic en iban nummer hebben.
