Hello,

I am new here on Catawiki and have a question about the sale of, in my case, a comic. I have offered a comic, it has also been ordered by a potential buyer.

My question is now, I have set the status of the order to "invoice sent". Have updated information in the order (including shipping costs and indicated to which account number the money may be transferred). Do I now also have to send the buyer an invoice by e-mail or post? Or can he get the information from the order status?

Please reply!

I have kept the habit of just sending an email with the payment info.

I don't know if the status change is read by the buyers.

I have an order from the buyer for three items from my shop.

total price is 105 euros.

Do I still have costs for Catawiki?

Since April there are no more costs for sale.

From America the buyer can pay by bank transfer, the buyer must have your bic and iban number.

Is it best to have the payment made through Catawiki?

If it's sold through your shop, payment is between you and the buyer. Payments are only made via cata at the auctions.
