To give feedback. Nice! Where then, how?

I also think that if an item has been sold, there should be a flag on the order that feedback can be given. Do not send an email

@Zwabaq

If you click on profile in the screen at the top, you will get a link to my orders under your avatar.

If you click on it, you will see for which order you can still give feedback.

Let me start again, for the Cat admins.

Just started on Catawiki, just bought something for the 1st time.

Well received and now I want to give that person a good feedback.

I don't know how to do that or how it works.

@ zwabaq3

As Rik Mooren indicates, you can see the status of your orders on the [Profile] link at the top of the screen. You can read this via help .

A few days after delivery, it is stated with your order that you can give feedback. You will also receive a request by e-mail here.

For various reasons you cannot give feedback immediately, somewhere in the forum there is already a mention here made of it.

They do say: the 1st time is always difficult.

With the explanation of the Collector I understand now.

Thanks.

@ swabaq3

At the moment it is still the case that exactly 1 week after the seller has changed the status of the order to "sent" the possibility to give feedback is released, then the email with the invitation to give feedback is also sent immediately

I personally do not think it is possible that a buyer who does not fulfill his obligations after his offer on an item ... and does not proceed to settlement and payment ... that he still has the right to give a feedback to the seller .. This attracts very nasty buyers ... No action is taken against these people anyway .. A seller can block a bidder on ebay .. Maybe something for Catawiki in this direction too ??

Well, I was already blocked by a (pro) seller on ebay after asking a question about shipping costs. Mister has a 100% score and doesn't seem to like questions.

@Trixi, We believe buyers should always have the right to provide feedback. In special situations you do have the option to raise the alarm. The situation you describe was indeed very unjust - the buyer immediately did not want to buy anymore, you honor that but nevertheless receive an annoying feedback - and I did something about it.

A buyer who does not buy is not a buyer.

Is it not possible to automatically delete the request for feedback and any feedback given if the seller has indicated that the buyer has canceled his order?

The automatic removal of feedback by the seller seems to me to be a potential source of abuse.

A seller may not respond to an order, which is a reason for a neutral feedback. That is why it should also be possible to give feedback if it is not possible to buy.

With a paid and shipped order from a buyer, there is suddenly a possibility within the section "orders received" to give myself a feedback on that order. That seems very strange to me.

I am still waiting for a feedback from the buyer.

Is that so desirable, or is it a bug?

Problem disappeared after buyer provided feedback.

So now I can no longer give myself (the possibility is gone ...) feedback.

Isn't it strange, or has something been reprogrammed after all?

Sorry for late response. What you describe is not intended. Let's see if we can reproduce the bug.

Hello,

I would like to get off this site and delete my account. Does anyone know how to do that? Speaking of feedback, I think this is very poorly indicated.

@ Rene

my shop, Stamp-swap has sold 60 times to date.

Only 44 buyers submitted feedback. Can you write to the remaining 16 again, or ????

Please hear (see) it

Pieter

32 reviews on 68 sales here. Whether I will ever get that rest again will be the worst.

Can I indicate somewhere that I no longer want to receive those emails "Receive feedback" ?!

I see the same thing as MNH, namely that I myself am asked to give feedback about an order that I have sent.

The question for feedback should only be asked to the buyer, right?

@ Rene

URGENT CALL

How many SELLERS have already given themselves (positive) feedback?

As soon as an order is changed as shipped, that possibility arises. If you, as SELLER, click on the "give feedback" button, you will be redirected to the buyer's order sheet and can therefore provide feedback.

This must be resolved urgently ............ !! Everyone is basically fair ......?

Since I had just placed a few orders on Shipped, I looked to see if I could give feedback to myself somewhere.

But I can't find that opportunity anywhere.
Where exactly is that "Give feedback" button?
