As Rik Mooren indicates, you can see the status of your orders on the [Profile] link at the top of the screen. You can read this via help .

A few days after delivery, it is stated with your order that you can give feedback. You will also receive a request by e-mail here.

For various reasons you cannot give feedback immediately, somewhere in the forum there is already a mention here made of it.

@Trixi, We believe buyers should always have the right to provide feedback. In special situations you do have the option to raise the alarm. The situation you describe was indeed very unjust - the buyer immediately did not want to buy anymore, you honor that but nevertheless receive an annoying feedback - and I did something about it.

A buyer who does not buy is not a buyer.

The automatic removal of feedback by the seller seems to me to be a potential source of abuse.

A seller may not respond to an order, which is a reason for a neutral feedback. That is why it should also be possible to give feedback if it is not possible to buy.

With a paid and shipped order from a buyer, there is suddenly a possibility within the section "orders received" to give myself a feedback on that order. That seems very strange to me.
