I don't know if there are still many members with a shop reading the Forum. In any case, I have closed my shop because 5 packages (in this case all Postnl) have not been delivered. Postnl's track trace system provides an expected delivery day / time, which is invariably moved every day. In connection with the closure of the Ako s and Primera s, postnl has probably stored packages somewhere and they will (hopefully) end up with customers. I make printscreens of the track trace info, perhaps an unhealthy suspicion that postnl history "changes / delete".

That's right, that started 5-6 weeks ago and then there were parcels from me that were on the road for 14-18 days in the Netherlands! From that period onwards I will take all mail items to another sender unless someone explicitly requests to use postnl.

The other person is doing really well :) had to use postnl twice during that period on request and that went completely wrong once.
