LastDodo site & app/DPD parcel is returned from Belgium5 messages

I've closed my shop, take a break. The last parcel sent via DPD to Belgium will be returned via post Belgium (Aalten) with remark "force majeure" DPD is not available, but I have sent a message about what is going on. Does anyone know anything that there are struggles?
