For the sake of clarity of all messages that were sent yesterday afternoon and evening, the recipient did receive a notification, but never received the message itself. I don't know what exactly you mean by "all messages", but the ones from the day before yesterday still aren't there and never will come. They just never shipped. I had sent a few messages myself, CW hesitated for a few seconds, then jumped back to an auction page. There has also never been confirmed by CW (through the green bar) that they have actually been sent. And they are not, I was confirmed the next morning that the intended recipient had received a notification, but no message.
