Zojuist zijn twee verbeteringen in het koop- en verkoopproces doorgevoerd:
1. De status van een bestelling kan worden aangepast en bekeken
Verkopers kunnen van binnengekomen orders nu de status aanpassen. Als een order wordt geplaatst heeft deze de status “Besteld”. Al naar gelang de voortgang in het betaal- en leverproces, kan de status worden aangepast in bijvoorbeeld “Factuur verstuurd”, “Betaald”, “Gepakt”, “Verzonden”, “Ligt klaar op afhaaladres”, “Geannuleerd” e.d. De orders worden dan in bijbehorende mapjes geplaatst zodat een goed overzicht over de afhandeling van de orders ontstaat. Verkopers kunnen aan iedere status ook een toelichting koppelen om bijzonderheden in de voortgang vast te leggen.
Kopers kunnen door het aanklikken van een bestelling in “Mijn bestellingen” (te vinden in Mijn Profiel) de status van de bestelling bekijken. Alle statuswijzigingen en toelichtingen zijn te zien bij “Historie”.
Op korte termijn zullen kopers ook de status kunnen aanpassen als ze de bestelling ontvangen hebben. Bij status-wijzigingen zullen we een mail gaan sturen aan koper en verkoper. Verder zal nog worden gerealiseerd dat een besteld item meteen uit de shop verdwijnt danwel dat de voorraad wordt afgeboekt als er meerdere exemplaren voorradig zijn.
2. Combinatie aanbiedingen (series e.d. in één koop aanbieden)
Het is nu mogelijk om combinaties van items in één lot aan te bieden in je shop. Je doet dit door de betreffende items te selecteren en dan de optie “Bulk toevoegen” in de linkerkolom te gebruiken. Bij het toevoegen aan je shop moet je dan bij “Aanbieden als” kiezen voor “Combinatie aanbieding”. Het selecteren van de items kan door een verzamelgebied te kiezen of door in de fotogalerij vinkjes te zetten bij specifieke items.
Voorbeeld verzamelgebied kiezen: als je Donald Duck weekblad jaargang 1980 als één koop aan wilt bieden dan ga je naar “Donald Duck (tijdschrift)” in de Strips rubriek en kiest dan in de linkerkolom “Jaargang 1980”. Vervolgens klik je op “Bulk toevoegen” en de hele selectie, in dit geval alle 52 weekbladen uit 1980, kun je dan als één combinatie aanbieding toevoegen aan je shop. Je hoeft in dit geval dus niets aan te vinken in de fotogalerij. Dergelijke selecties kun je ook maken door gebruik te maken van de filters boven de fotogalerij.
Voorbeeld vinkjes zetten: als je een combinatie aanbieding wilt maken van drie bijzondere 50 gulden munten uit 1991, 1995 en 1998 dan ga je naar de Munten rubriek, zoekt de fotogalerij met 50 gulden munten op en vinkt die drie specifieke munten uit die jaren aan. Vervolgens klik je weer op Bulk toevoegen en kun je de aangevinkte munten als combinatie aanbieding toevoegen aan je shop.
In beide methoden is het geven van een titel aan de combinatie verplicht, bijvoorbeeld “Donald Duck jaargang 1980” of “Drie 50 gulden munten”. In de shop zijn de combinatie aanbiedingen apart terug te vinden via de link “Combinatie aanbiedingen”. In Mijn Shop kun je een combinatie aanbieding eventueel een eigen afbeelding geven door er op te klikken. Dan zie je ook de verschillende items die onderdeel uitmaken van de combinatie. Daar kun je er eventueel ook één of meer van verwijderen uit de combinatie. Vergeet dit dan niet in de titel en bij eigen notities aan te geven, bijvoorbeeld “Jaargang 1980 op 1 nummer na compleet”.
In de catalogus wordt bij alle items in de combinatie ook aangegeven dat het item als onderdeel van een combinatie te koop is.
Nu het mogelijk is om combinatie orders aan te maken, gaan we strenger controleren op het bij één item in de catalogus aanbieden van een combinatie door alleen in Eigen notities daar melding van te maken. Dit is niet toegestaan. Combinaties mogen alleen als specifieke “combinatie aanbieding” worden aangeboden.

It is now possible to offer combinations of items in one lot in your shop. You do this by selecting the relevant items and then using the option “Bulk add” in the left column. When adding to your shop you have to choose “Combination offer” under “Offer as”. Selecting the items can be done by choosing a collection area or by checking the boxes for specific items in the photo gallery.
Choose example collection area: if you want to offer Donald Duck weekly magazine volume 1980 as one purchase, go to “Donald Duck (magazine)” in the Comics section and then choose “Volume 1980” in the left column. Then click on “Add bulk” and the entire selection, in this case all 52 weekly magazines from 1980, can then be added to your shop as one combination offer. In this case, you do not have to tick anything in the photo gallery. You can also make such selections by using the filters above the photo gallery.

Ik zet de status naar betaald. Dan ga ik naar de link betaald, wil ik de status aanpassen naar verzonden en vink alvorens de order aan die veranderd moet worden. Nadat ik op aanpassen heb gedrukt, krijg ik dat er niets is aangevinkt.
Als ik dan NA dat bericht op die pagina blijf en weer aanvink, wijzig en op aanpassen druk dan gaat het opeens wel goed.
